Everything very clean and very dry. The 5 year warranty gives peace of mind. I’d looked up the Which website this year and this was the 2nd highest scoring machine at the time (80%) but around £400 cheaper than the their first choice (83%) Plus interest free payments with Amazon helped a lot
The delivery and installation was perfect.

Give it time to let the water in. Thought mine was broken. No just it takes a few seconds to start filling. Wished it was red display instead of white. Like my old one. Wahes well . Not too easy to understand until you get used to it. Tried changing the beep sound but could not understand exactly what to do. No matter. But good all round machine. And quiet

Update: apparently all new machines do this now! New info 2 me. So I’m going to upgrade to the largest capacity drum I can. Amazon is being BRILLIANT on the return. No return cost. Original review; Limited choice of programmes for 9kg load. I wish I’d researched this better! With 3 teens and an Air BnB I need hour-ish full load programmes. All the short cycles run at 5kg. A 9kg standard cotton run is 3.5hrs. Disappointed but I’m giving 4 stars as it’s my bad for not doing due diligence

Only takes in cold water but no problem as I have solar panels. No banging and severe vibration like my old Hotpoint.

Another excellent Bosch product, provides all essential washing functions with a variety of programs and quiet so I can run at night without disturbing the house. Does have added function to run most programs shorter which is very useful. Has a light inside to ensure all clothes and any debris are removed. Excellent energy and environmental rating.

So far so good, arrived today,installed as per instructions. Levelled with attached feet, works well did the drum clean. Will be doing the 1st wash tomorrow. Only issue is all the new machines come with only cold water feed.
