Bose-quality audio in a small and aesthetically pleasing casing. Integrated Alexa is a nice touch and works well. Arrived quickly & well packaged and was easy to setup and easy to integrate music sources. Only downside is (current) inability to playback audio grouped with other Echo devices. Hope this gets rectified in an update in future.

Fantastic sound….easily links with Google….but would not link Alexa. To say its an Alexa speaker is wishful thinking.
You need Spotify Premium to listen to music…however…put it on bluetooth..link it with an Echo Dot….and have all the benefits of Amazon music through the speaker. Value for money?…. soundwise yes….Alexa?….not at all….Google assistant works well

Only had this about 7 weeks. Won’t stop crackling, won’t connect to the App. I’ve disconnected, deleted the app, re downloaded multiple times and still won’t connect. If I turn the volume to a level where I can just hear it across a small room, the crackling starts. Not impressed at all!! Be careful if buying this.

I wanted something for the lounge, good quality and compact. Wow!!! This is fabulous. So happy with it. Very stylish. Sound is amazing from such a small speaker.. tempted to buy another. You will not be disappointed. Alexa been working fine. Slight command delay but not bothered the quality of the sound far out weighs that .

Great quality speaker that is user friendly to set up and navigate via the Bose music app to link with Alexa. The sound is amazing for such a small speaker which really packs a punch! Highly recommend and not disappointed in the brilliant sound of Bose, you can use Amazon prime music and Spotify to stream your music and also tune in the bass and treble via the app. A fantastic addition to our kitchen which we are now having a “disco” in!!

Always wanted a Bose system for my home audio finally bought this after researching and comparing to other systems. Product was working fine until three months after purchase came home after leaving radio mode on for the dog, the unit had completely bricked itself and wouldn’t turn on.
The repair process was great and straight forward via bose warranty, however I expected the unit to last more than three months.

Das Produkt macht einen guten Eindruck. Warum in aller Welt muss man, wenn man in Deutschland lebt extra einen Stecker bestellen. Da wird ein Gerät im Taiwan produziert um in Deutschland zu verkaufen. Wie wäre es mit einer deutschen Bedienungsanleitung und mit einem deutschen Stecker. Ob ich dieses Gerät behalte sehe ich erst, wenn ich den so genannten Eurostecker in Händen halte. Also Herr Amazon, es liegt an Ihnen, ob ich es behalte oder nicht. Da wundert man sich über die vielen Rücksendungen. Deutschland verwaltet sich eben gerne tot. Meiner Bestellung mit dem richtigen Stecker sehe gerne entgegen.

Great piece of equipment easy to use easy to set up,up-to-date technology, I like the little display window. Brilliant sound. But all is not well as it’s stopped working,can’t get the white light off so I’ve got no sound or any controls working. Very expensive though.
