I did lots of research before deciding to buy this speaker. I looked at all the competitors in the price range. And watched sooooo many videos it made my decision harder lol. But I wanted all the things this had to offer, so here is my review of the Bose sound flex. It’s sturdy, in fact I was surprised at the robust feel, once I had it in hand, firstly, it connected to my Samsung phone very quick, the Bose app didn’t really offer much in the way that I thought it would, that being said, the Bose app let’s you connect two of these if you have them, giving you a party mode option, but not much more.
When you power on the device it tells you how much battery life it has ie: battery at 80% and then tells you which device it’s connected to, which is a small but handy thing to know. You can place and receive calls, I have tried this and the sound was clear and precise. I have had it a varied volumes and played a mixture of music, it wasn’t distorted even at max volume, and still sounded great, it’s loud you could easy have a group of people for instance at a BBQ, and this would perform brilliantly, the bass is perfect, I have found the battery has lasted for more than enough for what we use it for, it’s waterproof, I know this as I had it balanced on the side of the bath listening to an audio book, and it fell in, and just to add it floats lol. Charge time was around an hour from 40% you can skip songs or re-play from the top of the speaker. I am very pleased with this speaker. Hope this helps you decide on your future purchase.

Daha önce Sony, Harman Kardon, Bang & Olufsen JBL ve birsürü daha markanın bluetooth speaker’ını denedim. Özel ilgi alanım olduÄŸu için sürekli daha iyisi arayışındayım 🙂 Bundan önce en tatmin eden Harman Kardon oldu ama iki tanesi de 1-2 sene içinde bozuldu bass’lar cızırdamaya baÅŸladı o yüzden maalesef Harman Kardon markasını eledim artık. B&O küçük olanların ses kalitesi muazzam ama ses birazcık açılınca bass çok yetersiz kalıyor, kısık seslerde çok daha iyi performans veriyor. Sony ve JBL’i bu lige sokmuyorum bile karşılaÅŸtırmaya deÄŸmeyecek kadar kötülerdi. Neyse konuya dönersek, öncelikle hoparlörün gerçek ses kalitesinin ortaya çıkması için bir süre dinlemek gerekiyor, ses baÅŸlarda bir tık metalik ve daha derinliksiz olabiliyor ama 1 ay içinde gerçek performansını buluyor. Ä°lk testlerime göre hem kısık hem de yüksek seste performansı oldukça tatmin edici. Çok büyük olmayan evinizde çok kalabalık olmayan partilerinizde bile iÅŸinizi görecektir. Åžimdilik çok memnun kaldım, bu boyutta bir hoparlörden daha kaliteli ses beklentim zaten yok. Daha iyisi gelene kadar benim için en iyisi budur 🙂

2 yıla yakındır kullanıyorum bir tanesini arkadaşım çok beğendi ona hediye ettim, biri çalındı bu 3. ve bahçede sulamanın altında mı kalmadı, defalarca 1 masaların üstlerinden yere mi düşmedi. Bana mısın demiyor. Gerçekten sesinin yanında sağlamlığı da takdire şayan. Ayrıca duayen bir müzisyen olan yan komşumla bu ürün sayesinde samimi olduk, bahçede müzik dinlerken “nereden çalıyorsun ne kadar temiz basları†diyerek yanıma geldi ve arkadaş olduk. 3 ev yanımdaki müzisyen komşumu bile sesinin temizliği etkiledi o kadar diyeyim.

Best speaker I’ve ever owned. Very good sound quality, good base and clarity. Very loud and very portable. Battery life is decent and easy to connect to. Also love the fact it speaks and says the name of what it’s connected to etc.

This bose speak is very impressive – its sound from such a small speaker is tremendous. The bass is lively, the midrange and treble is all there too.
Battery life is fab, have only charged it once and used it for a few hours and its on 70% (it tells you this when you power it on).
I like the way it connects very fast to Bluetooth on my phone, its almost instant.
The back and around the edges is like a softer rubbery kind of feel and two bumps on its length at the bottom act as feet so it can lay down and face you to give you sound.
Outdoors its really impressive, if fills a huge garden area, so you have to watch the sound levels so as not to annoy people.
The performance of some other speakers I’ve tried (friends speakers) are bass overkill and are much larger. This Bose is spot on, it’s got a lot of feeling and bass without being overwhelming to the point of needing to turn it down, and for such a compact speaker I don’t know how they’ve managed it.
We sometimes hang it off the door handle to give an ear height to the speaker when in the garden sat down.
Easy to charge via a usb type c cable.
Apparently it’s ok to get it wet, I haven’t tried this yet of course!
Overall, I would not change this for anything else. Fits in a rucksack or bag easily due to its compact size, and feels substantial as it weighs 586grams – this thing won’t blow over in the wind.

Alırken gelene kadar “çok mu para verdim, acaba tek hoparlör ile ne kadar sesi çıkar, x markası mı alsaydım??” diye çok düşündüm. Ãœrün gelince bütün sorularım cevap buldu. Öncelikle kötü yanlarından bahsedeyim: Bluetooth 5 ve üzeri bir sürüm kullanmasını çok isterdim. Evet içindeki kodek çözücüler baÅŸarılı ve ÅŸarkıları çok net ve temiz duyabiliyorum ama gecikme kendini ele veriyor malesef. Herhangi bir video izlerken veya müzik dinlerken yani playback yaparken çok belli etmiyor ama bildirim gelince veya ÅŸarkı deÄŸiÅŸtirirken ne kadar çok gecikme olduÄŸu anlaşılıyor. Bunun dışında bu ürün içeride kullanmak üzere tasarlanmış diyebilirim. Dışarıda da kullanılabilir ama eÄŸer sık sık dışarıda kullanacaksanız tavsiye edemeyeceÄŸim. Bu hoparlörde malesef tweeter veya bir subwoofer yok. Tek bir hoparlör ile çok iyi bir mühendislik ile tüm sesler alınmaya çalışılmış ve baÅŸarılı da olmuÅŸlar. Müzik dinlerken zevk ve haz alıyorsunuz kesinlikle. DiÄŸer Bluetooth hoparlörlerde olduÄŸu gibi sesi arttırınca tizler yükselip basslar arkada kalıyor fakat bunun diÄŸerlerine nazaran daha az olduÄŸunu söyleyebilirim. Son olarak ürünün malzeme kalitesi gayet güzel. Uygulaması bulunuyor fakat ekolayzır gibi çeÅŸitli ayarlar yok.

I was initially looking at the Bose Portable Smart Speaker but after listening to it in a local electrical store was not impressed. They also had the SoundLink Flex on display and I was amazed at the depth of sound that comes out of this little thing, which in my view sounded better than the more expensive offerings. It won’t compete with a home speaker but for a portable it takes some beating for the overall tone. Granted it’s not a smart speaker but I can live with that on the basis it’s portable and I’m going to have my phone with me to use it, so can access a voice assistant through that if needed. This can be linked up with other Bose speakers (I also have a Bose Home Speaker 500 and it pairs effortlessly through the Bose Music App for that device) for group play if you want to have it in another room and sync the music from your main unit. It uses the Bose Connect App but the only reason I can see for using this is to link it to other speakers in the SoundLink range as it doesn’t appear to do much else. I struggled to connect the speaker to my phone via Bluetooth initially and this appears to have been caused by me having the Bose Music App installed for another product. As soon as I uninstalled this the SoundLink Flex connected with no issues (as it did on other devices without the Music App installed) and having re-installed the Bose Music App since everything seems fine. I’ve given 4 stars purely due to the App issues and it not having an equaliser but apart from that it’s a great little speaker. My advice would be to lay it on it’s back rather than stand it up and in my view it sounds a lot better in that position.

Great speaker for working around the house, in the garden or out in the garage. No issues pairing it to my iPhone or iPad. Simple to use and the sound quality and volume are fine, bearing in mind is a small battery powered speaker. I have several Bose headphones and bought the speaker because I have never been disappointed with their quality.
