   Après l’achat de cette enceinte, je suis ravie! Elle me convenait surtout pour son port jack que beaucoup d’enceinte connecté n’ont pas. Elle possède un excellent son au vue de sa taille, bose oblige…
   La qualité de finition est au rendez-vous, pour l’utiliser il faut la brancher, elle n’a pas de batterie interne.
   Le volume est élevé, elle monte haut, c’est surprenant!
   On la configure avec l’application bose soundtouch, applis pas facile à maitriser au début, elle est mise régulièrement à jour mais je dirait que c’est son point noir.
   Au début avec l’enceinte, j’avais un problème de bluetooth mais au fur et a mesure des mises à jours de l’enceinte à proprement parlé, les différents souci ont disparu, à présent c’est nickel!
   Dommage que l’enceinte n’est pas l’assistant vocal google. Néanmoins, j’ai configuré le bluetooth de ma google home mini, et lorsque je l’active par la commande vocale, hé bien l’enceinte se connecte automatiquement et s’allume donc je peux tout de même la piloter à la voix.
   Je recommande donc.

   Firstly I have very little to complain about with this speaker. As one comes to expect with a Bose product the sound is fantastic, the highs are well defined and not overpowering, the mids are audible and pleasant and the bass is well balanced and provides a clear body to anything one listens too. The app that is required for a lot of the functionality is clear, easy to use and very accessible, being able to programme radio stations onto the buttons is a great feature. Further I have only used Spotify however being able to instantly cast the sound to the speaker is convenient and always seamless.
   I would definitely recommend this speaker for anyone looking for a high quality device and being able to use an Alexa (or other smart assistant) with the device definitely makes it a competitor to the offerings from Google, Apple or even Sonos, in fact I would argue on sound alone, this speaker is better! Would recommend.

   Da wir weder im Internet, noch im lokalen Bose Shop zufriedenstellende Aussagen hinsichtlich der Verwendung von SoundTouch mit Fritz!NAS und Hörbüchern finden konnten, hoffe ich diese Lücke mit unseren Erfahrungen füllen zu können.

   Einrichtung und Betrieb mit Fritz!Box Fritz!NAS:
   Die Installation der Bose SoundTouch App auf PC/MAC ist für die Einrichtung des Lautsprechers zwingend notwendig, da das Gerät zunächst per USB-Kabel mit den lokalen WLAN-Einstellungen konfiguriert werden muss. Hierfür wird auch zwingend ein Online-Account angelegt (dazu später mehr). Bei der Fritz!Box müssen zunächst NAS und Mediaserver unter “Heimnetz” aktiviert werden. Zudem sollten sich bereits einige Audiodateien in den Ordnern befinden. Anschließend ist es problemlos möglich den Fritz Medienserver über die SoundTouch App als neue Musikbibliothek hinzuzufügen. Neben den im NAS hinterlegten Dateien werden dabei auch die in der Fritz!Box freigegebenen Einträge für Internetradio und Podcasts zur Auswahl angeboten. Einzelne Ordner des NAS können anschließend als Wiedergabelisten mit den 6 Nummerntasten des Lautsprechers verknüpft werden. Einzige Einschränkung dabei: Es werden nur Ordner angezeigt, die auch Musik-Dateien enthalten. Das Gerät ist anschließend über die Nummerntasten auch ohne PC/Smartphone nutzbar. Voraussetzung ist jedoch die Erreichbarkeit der Dateien, daher müssen WLAN und NAS stets aktiviert bleiben. Es war mir weiterhin nicht möglich, das Gerät ohne eine dauerhaft bestehende Internetverbindung zu verwenden (Bluetooth und AUX ausgenommen). Selbst die lokal im NAS bereitgestellten Titel konnten nach einem Power-Reset nicht mehr wiedergegeben werden. Ich vermute daher, dass das Gerät seine Konfiguration vom zentralen Bose SoundTouch Server bezieht, was viele der Gerätefunktionen von der Erreichbarkeit genau dieses Servers abhängig macht – dessen sollte man sich vor dem Kauf bewusst werden.
   Nach der Freigabe des NAS im Internet können die Titel der verknüpften Ordner auch Remote ausgetauscht werden, was z.B. eine Fernbetreuung von Personen mit eingeschränkter Sehfunktion ermöglicht. In gerade diesem Fall sind die 6 haptisch gut differenzierbaren Tasten auf Gerät und Fernbedienung optimal und waren in unserem Fall sogar der Grund für die Anschaffung. Mir ist kein anderes Gerät bekannt, das eine derartige Funktion bietet. Perfekt gelöst ist auch die Kombination aus WLAN und Fernbedienung. Man kann das Gerät damit problemlos außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern im Raum positionieren (Steckdose vorausgesetzt) und anschließend über die Fernbedienung alle Funktionen komfortabel erreichen, einschließlich der 6 Nummerntasten.

   Hörbücher:
   Mit den 6 Programmtasten ist es möglich, 6 verschiedene Verzeichnisse des NAS, z.B. mit Hörbüchern, zur Direktauswahl zu verknüpfen. Die Wiedergabe erfolgt dabei stehts alphabetisch, man sollte also darauf achten, dass die Titel korrekt nummeriert sind. Jede Nummerntaste speichert dabei ihre eigene Wiedergabeposition, die beim Drücken einer anderen Taste oder beim Ausschalten des Gerätes gespeichert wird. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man mehrere Hörbücher unabhändig voneinander verfolgen kann, birgt aber in Verbindung mit einem NAS auch einen essentiellen Firmware Fehler: Das Gerät merkt sich nämlich die Position des Titels innerhalb der Wiedergabeliste (nicht den Dateinamen selbst), sowie den Zeitstempel, bei dem die Wiedergabe abgebrochen wurde. Werden nun die Dateien eines verknüpften Verzeichnisses auf dem NAS ausgetauscht, kann es vorkommen, dass der Wiedergabepointer plötzlich auf die vorherige Datei Nummer 5 in der Wiedergabeliste verweist, es sich aber nur noch 4 Dateien im Ordner befinden. Die Box spielt in diesem Fall über die betroffene Nummerntaste keinen Ton mehr ab, bis dem Ordner wieder mindestens eine fünfte Datei hinzugefügt wurde oder bis der Ordner in der App neu verknüpft wurde. Für Überraschungen sorgt auch, dass die neu hinzugekommene fünfte Datei dann an genau dem Zeitstempel fortgesetzt wird, an der die vorherige Datei unterbrochen wurde. Dieses Verhalten könnte Bose durch eine Firmware-Anpassung vermutlich problemlos beseitigen.
   Die Vor- und Zurück-Tasten auf der Fernbedienung dienen nur dem Springen zwischen den Titeln innerhalb einer Wiedergabeliste, sie können nicht zum Spulen innerhalb eines Tracks verwendet werden. Es entstehen dabei keine Schleifen, da die Zurück Taste beim ersten Titel und die Vorwärts Taste beim letzten Titel stoppt. Nach dem Wiedergabe-Ende des letzten Titels eines verknüpften Ordners stoppt das Gerät und wechselt kurze Zeit später in den Standby-Modus um Strom zu sparen.

   Podcasts:
   Ein großer Nachteil zeigt sich bei der Wiedergabe von Podcasts. Diese werden leider nicht in der definierten RSS-Reihenfolge abgespielt, sondern vorher alphabetisch sortiert. Sollte also ein Podcast die Einträge Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag enthalten, so wird er in der Reihenfolge Dienstag, Donnerstag, Mittwoch, Montag wiedergeben. Das macht es unmöglich neue Einträge automatisch zu verfolgen. Dies ist definitiv ein Problem der SoundTouch Firmware, denn unsere Fritz!Fon geben die korrekte Reihenfolge wieder. Ein manueller Download der Podcasts mit Umbenennung und Freigabe der Dateien im NAS löst dieses Problem, ist jedoch sehr aufwendig und daher wenig praktikabel.

   Klang:
   – Bose-typisch und wurde in anderen Rezensionen bereits ausgiebig geschildert.
   – Der Bass-Anteil lässt sich in den Geräte-Einstellungen innerhalb der App nach den eigenen Vorlieben in 10 Abstufungen anpassen.
   – Hörbücher werden auch bei vollem Bass klar und deutlich wiedergegeben und sind ausgezeichnet zu verstehen.

   Alles in allem hat Bose durch die Auferstehung der Nummerntasten im digitalen Zeitalter genau das Produkt im Angebot, welches sich, trotz der kleineren Firmware-Schnitzer, perfekt mit unseren Anforderungen hinsichtlich einer intuitiven und effizienten Bedienung deckt – dabei verkommt der grandiose Klang geradezu zur Nebensache 🙂

   Je recommande vivement cette enceinte blue touch & wi-fi.
   J’ai été bluffée par la puissance de cette petite enceinte. J’avais hésité avec une autre marque SONOS, qui m’avait également semblé très bien. J’ai choisi celle-ci car elle permet en plus de se connecter en blue touch. Je dois dire que je ne suis vraiment pas déçue, tant de la puissance que de la profondeur des graves. A titre indicatif, 1 seule enceinte suffit pour diffuser dans une pièce de 50m². A fond le volume est même trop fort !…
   Très beau matériel qui reste discret, et qui représente un petit investissement que je ne regrette absolument pas. Cette enceinte peut être enmenée absolument partout. J’aurais aimé qu’elle puisse fonctionner sans devoir rester branchée.

   As I have predominantly Sonos equipment at home, naturally this unit is always going to be compared with the these. That said, I do miss my old Bose SoundDock and being able to take my music away with me. So I wanted the flexibility of a unit that would be Bluetooth compatible, hence the purchase.

   I appreciate that the SoundTouch 10 is the entry unit to the range, and it feels like it audibly. That said, the sound it produces is well defined and pretty rich, but it feels lacking in the mid-range and bass to my Sonos Play:3’s. I don’t own a Play:1 so I can’t really compare like for like in the similar price bracket. The lack of a decent Graphic Equaliser feels a lot like a missed opportunity, as this enabled me to give my music far more punch on the Sonos, so the SoundTouch will always be a little more lacking for my tastes.

   The app feels more considered than the Sonos version and is fairly easy to navigate – not perfect, but better.

   The remote control is almost surplus to requirements for me, as I control everything through my phone or tablet … the only real use I can see for it would be if the phone/tablet was tethered to it, and I didn’t want to move to change tracks and/or volume.

   It’s early days yet, and this unit already meets my requirements for portability. I’m sure I’ll learn to like it more, but it’ll always be comparing it to the richer sound from my Sonos setup. Maybe the SoundTouch 30 would be a fairer comparison, but I wasn’t planning on spending that much money.

   Ok I hummed and hawed over this for ages being 57 and a bit of a thechnophobe I checked out all the reviews for this and about half a dozen others out there , well I have to say it arrived today and I unpacked it plugged it in ,downloaded the app connected to my WiFi let the speaker update its self , then put two of my favourite radio stations and one of my playlists onto three of the six available presets and voila 15-20 mins later I’m sitting back listening to my favourite tunes on an awesome sounding speaker over WiFi , it truly sounds like the bands in the room .
   Finally I can honestly say that if any one isn’t getting the same experience then send it back for a replacement it’s simply a faulty unit and don’t complain until then cause mines is fantastic thank you Bose one satisfied customer .
   Just to answer some of the critics out there yes this is a mono speaker and if stereo is so important to you buy a stereo or just get two of these and use the free app to connect them as in my experience the average ear will find this fine if however you have pitch perfect hearing don’t bother as nothing is going to satisfy you .
   OK had this for a little while now so time for an update, yes there are problems with Bluetooth dropping out ocassionally and the whole amazon in UK thing is annoying although it will be resolved I just used the aux to connect to my cheap TV which had poor sound and it was like night and day this little speaker makes an awesome soundbar so I still would give this five stars thanks for reading .
   Update… Well we finally got amazon music added to the UK and was it worth the wait , I have to say yes the functionality of this product just keeps getting better , finally a product we don’t have to replace every time something better comes out just let it update itself thank you Bose.

   Ho avuto in passato il primo modello del soundlink mini. Ottimo diffusore che mi ha accompagnato in tante situazioni. Lo cedetti perché la mia priorità non era più la trasportabilità, ma cercavo maggiore potenza.
   L’annuncio del soundtouch 10 lo presi con estremo interesse perché lo strumento si collocava in una fascia di prezzo uguale al soundlink mini ed offriva qualcosa in più rispetto al cugino con batteria integrata.
   Dopo un po’ di tempo ho deciso di acquistarlo.
   Il prodotto giunge ben imballato, con a corredo il manuale utente, un cavo usb-micro usb e due cavi per l’alimentazione (una italiana e l’altra inglese, forse perché lo strumento di è stato inviato dall’Inghilterra…nonostante avessi ordinato su amazon.it).
   Esteticamente molto bello ed elegante, senza alcun fronzolo.
   Piccolo e leggero si presta facilmente al trasporto.
   Le varie funzioni sono subito a portata d’occhio con i rispettivi led di una luce che si discerne bene anche in caso di stanza ben illuminata.
   I tasti dei comandi risultano comodi e senza giochi.
   Unica pecca la plastica del corpo in quanto sono visibili le impronte lasciate dai polpastrelli nel caso venga maneggiato.
   Passiamo alla connettività.
   Lo strumento può essere connesso direttamente ai dispositivi tramite un cavo aux oppure tramite il bluetooth.
   Utilizzando dei flac come test, la qualità sonora è leggermente migliore nel caso di collegamento fisico risultando meno accurata nel collegamento via bluetooth.
   Stesso dicasi nel caso degli mp3.
   Tramite l’apposita applicazione (con la quale ho avuto qualche problema durante il setup, mea culpa!) è possibile collegare in rete il soundtouch, così da connetterlo alle web radio.
   Come va?
   Bose o la odi, o la ami. Indubbiamente il timbro tipico di questa marca sono i bassi un po’ accentuati, che tuttavia non coprono le frequenze più alte. Il sound risultante è ottimo, con un volume di ascolto superiore a quello del soundlink mini. Attenzione, che nel caso di massimo volume sia sul dispositivo che sull’applicazione risultata per riprodurre la musica il suono ne risente dal punto di vista qualitativo.
   L’applicazione?
   Minimale, ma funzionale.
   Conclusioni:
   Per 200€ ci si porta a casa uno strumento di classe e di marca. Possiamo collegarlo tramite aux ed ascoltare la musica alla massima qualità possibile dal soundtouch, optare per la comodità del bluetooth o ascoltare la nostra stazione preferita tramite collegamento wi-fi. Data la potenza e la leggerezza diventa interessante anche per le uscite fuori casa e per le piccole feste tra amici.

   Fantastic speaker with excellent sound without breaking the bank! A friend brought his to our student house and it’s perfect for parties and just playing music while chilling. I bought one as a Christmas gift for my parents so they could connect their Echo Dot to it and play from Spotify and they use it constantly – we just had the kitchen redone so it has pride of place and fills the downstairs of the house brilliantly. Definitely considering getting one for myself as well!
   The 6 presets are handy too, and it’s really really easy to set up/connect to. You do need an internet connection, but it doesn’t slow anything down by a noticeable amount. It is also a great size and easy to transport should you need to.
   100% recommend and worth every penny!
