   Purchased this machine from Garraways. Item did not arrive as expected. However, when I contacted the seller they dispatched a replacement machine at no cost. Great service from Garraways. As for the coffee machine, we have used it in out office for the last week (as a replacement for a Nespresso business contract machine). Simple to use and makes great coffee. Really pleased with it. Considering something similar for home now…

   Purchased this in January 2018. It suddenly stopped working in April. Used in a small office environment Monday to Friday, maximum of 3 times a day. The supplier suggested it be descaled but as it had stopped working the water was not drawing through to descale. We are in a fairly high limescale area so descale regularly. The response to this was the warranty does not cover scaling and it will cost £100 to call out an engineer and £40 for the first half hour of labour. Totally uncaring customer service. I am not convinced that this is the problem as it was working perfectly well up until it stopped (usually with scale build up, it starts spluttering). I am completely unimpressed and would not consider purchasing from this supplier. Our previous machine which was the same make and model lasted for just under four years.

   I use my in home…as my hands are full of arthritis I was struggling with the twist lid coffee pots.. This machine is excellent… I bought the one with the extra pot.. glad I did ..as when i make a pot it is gone straight away …by the time everyone has theirs I have another pot all ready to go…. So easy to use..so easy to clean… Love it Love it Love it….Go on, if your looking and reading ,,,BUY It,,,,

   Absolutely love this machine. Makes great coffee which doesn’t get bitter even when kept warm for a couple of hours.

   Plus, having two jugs is super convenient.
