   I’ve only used this a couple of times but surprised at how good it seems for the price. Whipped cream incredibly fast!

   Having had two of these mixers previously for many years which have withstood lots of baking for family, friends and charity cake stalls, I was so disappointed when I received my new one. It is so flimsy, cheap looking, and quite honestly, a complete waste of money.
   The previous ones were far sturdier, more stable and were a great help in the kitchen where as, the latest one feels like it could come apart at any moment! I used to swear by Breville but not any longer. I shall definitely be upgrading to something I feel I can trust.
   I’ve always been a Breville buyer and previously had recommended friends and family to buy Breville but, I certainly won’t be doing that again.

   Attachments work well, great for egg whites. Easy and consistent mix for cakes. (my item arrived with a couple of scuff marks, likely from the packing line) The mixing bowl is good design and build quality. Machine and all accessory’s are very easy and quick to clean after use.

   Got this mixer when it was on offer, amazing price for such a good bit kit. I absolutely love the melt and soften buttons. Works great on the butter when you’ve forgotten to take it out of fridge. Not tried melt yet but intend to when making my chocolate cake.
   The silicone mixer is fantastic, no stopping every few seconds to scrape down. I am however treating the Perspex cover (keeps the warm air within mixer) very gently as it feels a little delicate.
   Highly recommend this mixer.

   Having just unpacked the machine, I’m pleased. Only one tiny gripe, the blade to go onto the heater to scrape down the moonshine bowl sides is missing. I’m not going to be wrapping it all up for a return for the sake of a piece of rubber. My own rubber spatula will work very well, just as it has for years.

   It is packaged very tightly, which as great. It did take the 2 of us to unpack. He aware, the controls are all on the left hand side. Great for lefties, ok for those of us who are ambidextrous. Right handers will now understand how left handed people have issues with right handed things😁.

   It’s a clean looking machine, not light weight and I’m looking forward to making this year’s came in it in the morning. I will update this review when I’ve used it a few times.

   Oh yes, don’t be surprised if you look at your phone and find a message of email to say it’s been delivered. Yes, there’s the photo. It would have helped if the doorbell had been rung😣

   Good news. The second blade is there, it went down behind the back of the settee when unwrapping. This setter happily swallows anything. I should have remenbered!

   I received this as an early Christmas present. But all I can say is WOW!!! What an amazing food mixer. Due to all the attachments it makes baking a dream, specially the beater with the flexi scraper. I used the heatsoft function to use butter out of the fridge and have to admit I was sceptical but I didn’t need to worry as it worked exactly as described. This is a real game changer for me as I bake when the feeling takes me so never have butter at room temperature, but this is now no longer an issue.

   I was bought this on a limited time offer and believe the person who gifted it paid £134.99, but due to how heavy and well made it is it could probably charge the same as a kmix or kitchen aid.

   Before this I had the Kenwood Prospero which has been a work horse but is coming to the end of its life as I have had it for 10years +. The Breville is definitely quieter than my kenwood.

   If you are considering getting this I would highly recommend as it has functions such as the heatsoft technology which means to can bake at a moments notice and also comes with a flexi beater as standard which in ow you have to buy separately for other brands of food mixers.

   Just what I was looking for to make my cakes. In my price range. So easy to use. It does scrape ingredients off the sides but now and then have to scrape myself but no hardship
