Very easy machine to use. Plenty of wash options with interchangeable temps and spin speeds. Pre wash, delay time etc. Brilliant for money and washes very clean. Would recommend.

The machine speaks for itself, very impressed, does the job for a family of 10 … even more impressed with the guys who installed it for us.
We opted for the full package (deinstall the old machine and take it away, unpack and install the new machine). This took them less than 20 minutes given the fact that they had to struggle with a connection issue – the landlord had only cut the tiniest hole to allow the power cable and plug to pass through the side of the counter and into the electrical socket.
The installation guys are not allowed to make any adjustments in your home so it was looking like they might not be able to install the new machine! But they persevered and managed to wiggle the plug through the gap and set the machine up – I’m sure they could have simply refused given the struggle but I’m so grateful to them that they managed to complete it.
We don’t know their names to thank them personally, but we hope this review is noted on their behalf.
After a year without a washing machine, we are delighted to welcome this wonderful (and surprisingly quiet) machine into our home. Excellent value for money given that its a Smart machine.

The machine looks lovely but the aftercare service is really poor. I took a day off work to await the Candy repair man and he cancelled as he ‘could not find the address’ . This address in smack bang in the middle of Chelsea. I rang the company who said they would get back to me . I haven’t heard anything at all
