An amazing washing machine. When used with the hOn functions app there are so many washing options to choose from. Cleans very well even on a fast 14 minute cycle. Very easy to install, can fit so much in the drum. The spin is very quiet. I love it.

We bought this machine for it’s ability to wash a king size duvet and were helped along by the great price for an 11KG load. In fairness, it does wash clothes very well and has an excellent spin dry which reduces the time needed in a dryer. It was quite simple to install, it’s fill connection and outlet pipe are both mounted on the left side of the rear, which was a must for us. It has adjustable feet to help keep it flat and level. It’s user manual is very helpful and shows maximum weights for different fabrics and how to correctly use the functions. It also has WiFi connectivity to use an app which sends notifications about the washing cycle whilst you’re out. My only moans about this machine are….it could be quieter, don’t get me wrong, it’s not noisy but my neighbour has a £700 samsung and that’s so much quieter but £300 more than we paid is alot to pay for less noise. The other moan and it’s my main moan, is that the inlet water valve is quite aggresive and does give a hefty thump when stopping the flow. Other than those moans, we’re very pleased with it, especially for the price,12 months parts and labour guarantee and 10 years parts guarantee..

Slightly confused when initial glance said Wi Fi but really useful for remote operation. Generally really good washing machine with extensive programmes.

This washer was to replace a 7 kg that I had and just found it was two small. I already have a Candy 9 kg dryer which I’ve had for 10+ years.
So I new I was going to get a good quality item.
I would like to replace my dryer as well however one at a time!
So far I’ve only used this machine for a few days, so far so good.
I’ve been trying out different cycles to get a feel for what fits my needs.
Although I am on my own it’s large capacity if very useful as there are loads of types of loads that other couples or families would use ie my throws, duvet sets and sheets etc.
It has a great variety of settings which are also very variable from 1 to 2 kg washes.
The only thing that I will need to work on is a setting for my outdoor wear, hiking gear etc. My old one had a specific wash for this. I’m sure I could use a delicate wash, so not a big deal really.
Lucas the delivery guy fit and tested my washer and made sure it was levelled etc. Considering he was on his own he did a fabulous job. Full marks for a lovely helpful guy.
I will possibly edit my review in a month or two as I get more familiar with my new washer.
10/10 if I could give that many stars so far! One very happy customer 😊

After a few washes I’m delighted with my new Candy washing machine. It is 9kg capacity, and so far I’ve only used it on the 1600 spin. It washes well, spins the clothes so brilliantly they dry quickly on my clothes line. I use the machine in a utility room off my kitchen and it is so quiet I hardly notice it going when I’m in the kitchen. With such a large capacity it must be energy efficient. It looks top quality – only time will tell if it is.

Badly damaged on arrival. Previously large white goods have been unpacked by deliverers to check for damage. Perhaps this should be considered
