I have had this espresso machine for 3 months now.
It is superb, I have had many machines over the years but this is by far the most superior.
I like the function of changing the brew time which is easy to set by holding the single or double brew button.
The pressurised basket is very forgiving and I am yet to make a bad coffee using this.
I will be purchasing a bottomless portafilter shortly to give that a try, however, I am not desperate to try this given that it makes great tasting coffee anyway.
The steam wand is very powerful and consistent, was able to achieve latte art with this machine.
Looking for a double brew at 25-30 seconds and 1:2 ratio. 16g off ground coffee makes perfect shots.
Best to use recently roasted beans and invest in a decent grinder for best results.
I would also suggest a more robust tamp and maybe a levelling tool to prevent any channeling.
Very easy to clean and stress free.
It is hard to believe the price range of the machine given it’s performance.
Very happy.
Also to note the customer service is absolutely fantastic, I had a very minor query which was resolved no problem at all. So be rest assured if you do happen to need customer service they are fantastic.
Buy this machine you will not be disappointed

A very neat compact machine easy to operate; I’ve only given 4stars because of the following, on the 1 cup button it dispenses too much water for my espresso cups,if you allow it to continue to the Auto duration. I have since found out that you can adjust the quantity of water dispensed by both the 1cup and 2 cup buttons by following the detailed instructions,it is best to use a graduated jug so you know how much is being dispensed and you just press the button to stop. The 2 cups button is perfect! The hot water feature is good and the steam produces a good foam. Also I think the water tank should be a clear not a smoke acrylic, to see the water level more easily. Another factor it doesn’t dry the coffee puck. But coffee has a great Crema

Just bought this machine and followed the initial instructions accurately, and indeed it makes a beautiful crema coffee, and also a lovely frothy cappuccino. Does not take up space, is sleek and very good quality for the price. I use reverse osmosis water to avoid scale build up and the other parts of the machine work seamlessly, and are very easy to clean. They have an excellent customer service team that responds quickly, as I erroneously thought I had a missing part, but they helped me solve this. Would highly recommend.

Why go out for coffee when this machine produces coffee far superior to most coffee shops (providing you use good coffee- I grind my own beans fresh) Quick and easy to use once you get the milk frothing off to a fine art – just follow the pictures! The pictorial instructions for the whole process from start to finish are very good to help you get started. Couldn’t live without it. Customer service is also superb if you do come across a problem.

UPDATE: STOPPED WORKING. making less than single espresso in a double filter. The top is heated even when you switch it off using the button. This is quite insidious because there is no indication that this is happening, no lights and the machine looks completely switched off. I only noticed after a couple of weeks. Could waste a lot of money on electricity if you don’t realise. The single shot it very sad lookig, you can forget about that one. The double is ok, nothing special. Not sure I belive rhe 20 bar claim. I bouth the machine to get away from using the plastic pods, but sadly the smell and taste does bot compare to the pod coffee. Inserting and removing the holder is not easy, get ready for the machine to move around your counter. When emptying the holder, the filter falls out into the bin so have to scoop the coffee out of it with a spoon. Clearly a design flaw.
