I bought this for my bedroom as I wanted a smart TV that wasn’t too big. I’m very happy with the size.
The picture is clear. It was easy to set up. There are more channels than my previous TV.
I have a portable aerial in my bedroom and it struggled to pick up some channels on my old TV. I am using the same aerial for this TV and have no signal issues.
Some reviewers have complained about the LG channels. There is a button for the normal TV guide; it’s the furthest left of the small grey circles on the screen directly beneath the “webOSHub” phrase. (I have included a photo of this.) There is also a larger blue square for “recent input”. This will take you directly to the Normal TV guide if free view is what you were last watching. The LG channels are just an added bonus; I never watch them.
Some have commented upon slowness of channel changing. It is slow, and fast clicking through isn’t an option, which can be frustrating if you’re wanting to browse before choosing.
The biggest frustration for me is the slowness of the TV guide. This takes an age to even load, and does so only a handful of channels at a time. You then scroll down five channels and have to wait for the loading process to repeat. I find this very frustrating and it would sometimes be quicker to google what’s on.
Having said that, it’s a great tv for the price. I have had no problems with the major streaming channels. The picture is sharp. No issues in using the remote control.
I’d recommend it if you can cope with the slowness in the guide loading.
Edited to add:
You can flick through the channels quickly like this…
If, say, you are watching BBC1 and you click the channel up button on the remote, you can flick through them all quickly, one by one, and the channel names and programme details come up immediately. This can be done quickly, and makes for rapid browsing.

After watching some YouTube video reviews featuring Cello TV’s I became aware of the very poor speaker sound quality the reviewers’ mentioned. Most stated the sound was very tinny and a sound bar would therefore be necessary if they decided to keep it. I was therefore very cautious about buying this 12v Traveller TV model but as it was advertised as having a recently added feature called ‘Pitch Perfect’ speakers I thought I’d give it a try.
After setting up the tv, I was greatly relieved to find the sound quality was bassy and far superior to the earlier versions mentioned on YouTube.
Picture quality was also very impressive being sharp and bright and the webOS Hub responded quickly and seamlessly, even after a rather lengthy registration set up.
Overall, I am very impressed with this tv and is definitely value for money at £229. I would therefore recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a tv for their Motorhome or Caravan.

This TV is not compatible with the TV digital signal. I am returning it.

I was very surprised how good the quality of the picture and the sound, I went for the DVD option which is very good. The operating system is LG so pretty easy to navigate the menu.
DVD was a bit difficult to navigate the menu but it was a combination of not using a DVD for many years and not reading the instructions.

Wanted a TV with DVD built in withe everything on one remote, that would work with Apple laptop and give choice of Apps to use, and wasn’t super dear. What surprised me was when it started up the LG OS Interface really is very good and very quick, as good as a Roku I used before, good as the Sony Bravia I have. The set up didnt take too long you just need to work through it patiently. When you find the parts of the menu for Apple it works well with Apple OS and the sound and screen sharing paired with my MacBook and stayed there. Ive read comments about poor sound? I found the sound perfectly good, in my lounge I have speakers attached to the TV and if you want that kind of big sound then attach some small stereo speakers they aren’t dear. If I was buying a large TV for my lounge I would buy a large one of these without hesitation. The super slim screen surround also puts some expensive TVs to shame.

I wanted to support British industry.
Video grainy, wishwashy colour, and too contrasty.
Sound feeble and sounds like a bad transistor radio in a toilet bowl at best.
Spent ages trying different settings with real improvement.
My previous TV was a JVC using the same ariel set up. Pin sharp video and a great sound.
Also set up not as easy as it should have been.
The voice assistant had to turned off because it spoke far too fast and basically gibberish. I should have bought a reconditioned TV from ebay.
I will try a few things like free sat and media on a usb drive. Iwill probably return it.
Tuned it at 2am and got a slightly better picture. Ran the loudspeaker for 48hrs to run them in. Sound is better but not good.
Now not responding to the remote control most of the time. The remote control has to be against the TV before it might work.
( brand new batteries I supplied.
DVD difficult to use ( external) it has no built in one.

This surpassed my expectations. I am not particularly familiar with the Cello brand. It appears to be filled with LG software. I am familiar with LG and they are good. This TV has great picture quality and the sound is focused forward so it is very easy to hear even at low volumes. I use it in the kitchen mostly for YouTube. The set up was easy although I could not proceed through the LG registration but it works without that so I soon moved on with my life. I would definitely recommend this TV if you are looking for something quite small and very good. Mine is the 24inch model. I genuinely cannot fault it.

at less than £230 , its good value
sound quality is ok
picture quality is good
set up is easy ( shame they didn’t update the remote ) to what LG supplies for WEBos
still its great for the camper van with WI-FI, DVD , and normal TV.

Great little TV, have to say I’m pleasantly surprised by picture and audio quality. Many other reviews have complained about poor sound, maybe Cello have done something about it recently but sound quality of ours is very good. Bought for our boat and it’s perfect, easy to set up and a great TV for the price
