AMAZON TOLD ME TO PHONE DISTRIBUTER, I DID, THEY SAID IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION, TOLD ME TO PHONE AMAZON, I WAS TOLD IT WAS MY OWN FAULT AS I HAD BOUGHT IT AS REFURBISHED, WHICH I DID NOT, IT SAID THE PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED, I WOULD NOT OF BOUGHT A SECOND HAND TV. I AM A 61 YEAR OLD WOMAN. NOT HAPPY.

ABSOLUTE PIECE OF ‘CRAP’. Speakers are worse than a Nokia phone, doesn’t do 4k, Chromecast doesn’t work, freezes constantly, remote stopped working repeatedly, remotes Google assistant didnt work.
