It is just like the picture, no surprises. It works great and has a nice look but it is on the smaller side compared to others in the market.

Packed up after one month after only several uses. The toaster started tripping the fuse out on every use. Waste of money with return windows only one month now.

Good size toaster with bagel setting. Does what it needs to but have knocked down the rating because it doesn’t provide an even toast so bread etc have to be turned over and round to even out the cook. Also the external material isn’t easy to keep clean.

Ordered this one based purely on the reviews as never heard of Chefman but I am really impressed! It looks lovely on my kitchen counter plus does a great job! Good price too! Seems sturdy and I particularly like the larger slots so it can take all sizes of bread. I highly recommend this toaster! I agree with other reviews that you need the setting at about 2 otherwise it will burn the toast but that’s not an issue. I also like the heat and thaw buttons. A great buy!!!

Great aspheric’s, simple to use. But mines now broke! No visible reason. Fuse is fine,but leaver doesn’t stay down or heat up (this is the intended function when it’s not powered).. Hmmm
This toaster can not be easily taken apart to diagnose or fix. It’s a throw away. Terrible waste unable to fix.
