I bought this washing machine a week ago and have used it more than 5 times already!! The delivery and set up was very fast. They did the 15 minute test to make sure the washer worked before the left.
On my second wash, I had only a coat inside but the machine started making a weird noise and then stopped. After some hours, I realized it was due to a bobby pin. So make sure to thoroughly check your pockets before loading the laundry. After I removed the bobby pin, it worked as normal.
It isn’t loud and I honestly love it so much.

So far it’s working fine, but they all do when they new. Time will tell if this product is any good. Only then you are able to give your honest opinion about the product. Our last w/machine did not lost for very long. It failed after the warranty run out. See if this product is any better.

I love this washer, I’m very impressed by how quiet it is, I love how the blue light comes on at the beginning of every cycle through the entire wash, a white light comes on for loading & unloading, there’s just one slight fault I have found with it, water started to run through from one of the small water outlets inside the detergent/conditioner drawer, I has stopped now but I shall keep an eye on it to make sure it keeps this way otherwise it works like a dream, it is very economical, I have watched on my electric smart tablet to see how much it is using, it uses the most when heating the water of course but even that is a lot less than my old machine, it is very cheap to run during the cycle then! I recommend this machine!

I haven’t connected this up yet but I feel that I owe the seller a review for their efforts rather than a silence as a buyer. The washing machine was delivered very quickly by a team of two who showed helpfullness. I get the impression that it’s a credible product sold as a value price.

After installing went smoothly, needed to adjust feet, noticed that my hands had been cut by the sharp edges around spanner,and needed to file down before finishing set up.

We’ve been using this washer for quite some time now,and its had a LOT of usage.I like the different settings,but the deal maker is the auto function.Just put in the washing,press the button and it sets off wothout you having to do anything else. The drum clean function is also very useful. I would say to read the manual to understand the different settings is a must,but you can use it without really having to do that. One thing though,after a busy session of doing three fast(15 min) washes one after the other,it did stop once with the drum half full with an error.After looking it up it turned out the drum had got to warm,so I unplugged it,left it for a short while,and then set it ti drain and spin.Not an issue since that. All in all its been a fantastic washer and I would recommend it.

Oh dear….delivery very quick but back it goes! I’ve had a number of washing machines in my 70+ lifetime, some lasting over 25 years. Used this one just twice and I find some programs are not functional. Maybe I got a Friday night one. For this machine, the instructions seem to have been mixed up with another similar machine with a dial. There doens’t appear to be the facility to add or remove items during a program as it says in the description and instruction manual. The machine was either too hot or had too much water therein to be able to open the door. I particulary wanted the rinse and spin program but this too is not available on this machine and may be available on the one with the dial and so rinse and spin must be actioned separately….so I tried that and the rinse cycle was 1hr 55mins and could not be adjusted nor could the spin speed and the door would not open….the jumper, I like very much, had shrunk sadly. Just got unlucky with this one and when collected, I shall place an order for an alternative machine. Amazon have been great as has their online chat area.
