It was installed by our plumber when refits our bathroom. Both the inlet pipe and the waste pipe are long enough to fit. It is quite an easy job if there is existing connections. It is well built and no malfunction yet. So no error message yet. Can comment more when use over a year. It is the right size to fit our kitchen cabinet. It can provide time delay and multiple washing modes. The water is tight and no leakage found. It also provides one year warranty. Comparing the value for money with other high street brands, it is well above with same quality. My friends are also impressed with its quality and nice looking compared with his Bosch one. Would like to recommend other friends for a basic slim line dishwasher.

Current Comfy Dishwasher KWH-FD1435E-W in use since 20th July 2023.
1st machine purchased: paperwork stated 12 month warranty. I telephoned Helpline number which arrived with instructions. I spoke with Andrew, and then, David who confirmed Amazon machine purchase details on site stated 24 month warranty (still stated 24mth warranty when I purchased 2nd machine). This 1st machine then developed problem: ‘automatic door opening’ function did not open. Spoke to Amazon Chat Help and Amazon swiftly processed return/refund. Meanwhile I purchased 2nd Machine, same model.
Pros: Swift, safe, delivery for both machines. Prompt removal of 1st faulty machine.
Dishwasher easily installed, following instructions. Gradually worked through all programmes, all working fine on 2nd machine. No problem with quality of wash/using usual wash tablets/filling with salt etc. Door on 2nd machine opens automatically (but can b altered) on designated programmes once wash is complete. Configuration of shelves/cutlery basket = flexability when loading variable contents. All my enquiries were dealt with efficiently/helpfully.
Cons: I have v large dinner plates. I adjusted the top shelf to accommodate these but this meant that the clip-on-¼-shelf (for cutlery/support for stems of wine glasses) needed to b removed from the top shelf (¼-shelf designed to easily clip on/off) as, on pulling out the top shelf, knives ‘jumped’ out of the clipped on ¼-shelf – I suspect the ¼-shelf edge/it’s contents were catching on the inside ceiling of the dishwasher as the shelf sits at an angle, rising upwards from the clip-on edge.
Solution: unclipped & removed the ¼-cutlery-shelf. I’m quite happy with the usefulness of the cutlery box in the lower shelf. Which cutlery box can be moved about in the lower shelf to a few positions to accommodate space when filling up with varying dishes/pans in lower shelf.
I’d point out that my dinner plates (now the obvious ‘serial’ troublemakers!) Cannot fit nx to each other in-between every ‘rung’/space allocated to take crockery in the lower shelf – they need an empty ‘rung’/space between each plate due to their thickness, but we’re a household of 3 adult people + occasionals n this doesn’t cause me any angst, I get my own back by stacking them upright nx to each other when they’re resting in my cupboard organisers!
Overall: I had same Méle dishwasher for approx 10yrs, previous to purchasing this Comfy one. Comparison: this is lighter built (door is much more ‘flexible’ on this machine). Washwise=new technology means I get same wash/dry as previous machine for a LoT less £. Loved my old machine. B very happy if this one outlives it’s 24 month warranty = I’d consider it good value for money.

I ordered this mini dishwasher as a replacement for my previous mini dishwasher that developed a fault. I ordered it during the prime deals so it was great value for money. I have carers due to my disabilities, and I can’t stand for long to do chores like washing up etc. Some of the carers don’t wash up to acceptable standards, so this was a great solution for me. It arrived well packaged and was easy to set up. It fits well on my draining board, so it’s close to the taps (for filling the water tank), as I didn’t have the option to plumb it in. The drain hose goes straight into the sink. It’s got plenty of different programs to meet all your needs. My carers fills my drinks bottles up to last me throughout the day so I like them washed using the babycare program so I know they are hygienically clean. As I live alone, this size model is perfect for me, It washes everything so well and everything comes out gleaming and dry. This model has two programs (hot and cold) that wash your fruit and veg too. This dishwasher came with the water and drain hoses, a jug, to fill the tank by hand and also a fruit/veg basket. My first Comfee dishwasher came with a salt funnel and a water trough, that helped to ensure the water went into the water tank opening and not all over the place, when filling the water tank, I do miss not having them with this model. In the Amazon listing pictures, the trough is shown with the jug which is misleading. In the instruction manual it shows you how to fill the salt chamber using the funnel that isnt even included. The salt funnel really would be of benefit if it was included, because when filling the salt chamber it is difficult to fill without some of the salt ending up all over the inside of the machine, and if you don’t set the machine on a wash soon after, the salt can damage the inside of the dishwasher, as stated in the instruction manual. All in all it is a great mini dishwasher and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller model of dishwasher if you are short on space. It does exactly what I need it to do.
