The plastic whisk broke while using it for Easter dinner and plastic pieces were in the food. We can’t find how to contact the company despite the 24/7 USA contact claims. I can’t even find compatible new beater, etc.

This is the pastry that this mixer made, and it did a great job. It didn’t overheat even after more than 10 minutes of constant operation. The speed is good. I like that the mixing bowl is deep and it has a splash guard, which is especially good for whipping cream. The suction cups on the bottom are very sturdy and don’t move when operating. The kids also liked it, and now I can make pastries at home more often. If there are any changes, I will let you know, I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this stand mixer since my previous one broke and I wanted a stand mixer than can mix bread dough easily. My previous stand mixers were all rather difficult to use, whether it be lower power or being difficult to use and clean. This one on the other hand has neither of the problems. It’s easy to clean and to use, and it mixes bread dough very well. It is a really good mixer.
