Item arrived well packed, my only fault was the grease used to hold the splash guard in place it had leaked all over guard, beater and bowl, it is hard to clean off even after several attempts with soapy water.

Good mixer but the mixing bowl attachments can’t be dishwashed because they’re chrome plated – we did this accidentally and now can’t buy replacements – so that’s that full pruchase wasted WHY????

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. I endes up giving her the present earlie as she was doing some baking and her hand held one died. She is over the moon with it so far. She has used the mixer and it seemed to deal with everything she threw at it with relitive ease. It cam well pakaged and arived a day early which was nice. The instructions are clear and there is a few recipe in there if you want to try them. So far very happy with the purchase. We have now also used the blender on almost a daly bases to make healthy fruit smoothies and te wife has used the mincer part one all works very well. One thing we have realised with using the blender so much is make surr the bearing for the blades are dryed realy well and keep it lubricated or it will start to seize up and the machine starts to get hot working hard to turn in. This maybe due to the amount we use it and not maintaining it right. When we relized it was seizing we just put some lubricant in there and let it soak for a few minutes. Then turned it by hand until i seemed to spin freely then put it on the machine and spun it up a few times and all was fine. We have not have any more trouble since. Still made up with it, it has out lasted all other appliances that did what this can do for functions. Worth every penny spend.

In general it’s good kit but there is a problem when you use one of the attachments , you won’t be able to switch off others,and alitbbit loud and noisy plus the meat mincer it’s not really strong
