Looks good and holds quite a lot of garden cushions but not waterproof. As the rain comes in through the top. I have had to cover it when it rains.
I would like to add to my previous review. Bought this item about 2 months ago. Today I took my cushions out and they were swimming in water at the bottom. Despite covering the top of the box and using plastic bags to store the cushions. Very disappointing.
I’m not sure why it is described as waterproof??

Absolutely love this piece of garden furniture. Originally, I was looking for a brown garden storage box to store soft furnishings and everything I found on Amazon was cheap looking and not worth the price. Then I found this. Not only does it store the garden cushions and blankets yet it matches all my other brown rattan garden furniture. It also works as a seat ( altho if you are an over weight person I’m unsure if it would hold. I didn’t want to use it as a seat, my intention was a coffee table and it works well as one. Building from instructions was a breeze ( although there were 2 washers missing) it took less than 45 mins to put together. Connect all screws half way then compleatly tighten at the end of build. The inside water resistant cover will work yet in winter you will definitely need a weather cover ( I found one on Amazon for £13.) Was it worth the price? Hmmm, even tho the quality is great I still say it should be at least £10 less.

I have 2 of these, nightmare to put together, should just all click in, but parts doing and e won’t go on it keeps bending, you get one side on and then the other won’t go, it took 2 of us 2 hours to do it but broke d and e parts when getting it on, once done the box is great, but don’t buy unless you are prepared to feel like you have been in a boxing ring for 2 hours

I was looking for a storage unit that wasn’t bulky, low enough to sit on comfortably, and pretty to look at. This did the job well! Easy to assemble. The only issue I have is that the waterproof bag that attaches inside is a bit too small, so you have to stretch it and it still doesn’t attach correctly and then the velcro inside rips off. I solved this with super glue but it still doesn’t fit great and in time might come off again. However, I’m still very happy with the purchase as I looked for ages and nothing met my requirements. This looks more like a beautiful feature to sit on, and not a storage box. Happy 😊
