Missing parts. Chimney arrived all scratched. Instructions are a shambles. There should be nuts attached to one of the legs to screw into but these are missing so unless you want a 3 legged pizza oven, avoid. No nuts to attach wheels,

Fantastic product, works equally as well as a pizza oven as it does a barbecue. This is the second I have had and only replacing it as the previous one lived outside for a while and got rusty in the rain. New one lives indoors ! Can’t wait to get cooking.

Terrible instructions and the wrong size bolts (too long) mean that this took a while to put together (with some guessing) and the doors rattle.
Smoke comes out of the doors, not just the chimney, so we’ve been blinded by smoke a few times. A much taller chimney would be useful.
We’ve also struggled to get the oven up to temperature and keep it there. It seems to burn wood very fast. And the grill the woods sits on causes all the embers to fall through. I might try putting a finer mesh or a slab in the ash drawer for a better fire. Wood likes to sit on a bed of ash.
I was hoping to use it as a chiminea (patio heater) but it doesn’t seem to kick out enough heat for that.
On a positive the pizzas taste great but be wary what you burn because that’s going to end up on your food!
It just takes forever to cook the pizzas and only 1 at a time, so for a family of four it took an hour and we therefore couldn’t eat together, unless we wanted to eat cold pizza.
A novelty.
