    Seat supplied is faulty and does not lock in the ‘forward facing’ and ‘rear facing’ positions.
    This makes the seat unsafe to carry a child.

    Manufacturer warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Manufacturer does not respond to customer complaints related to faulty products.

    I purchased this seat a few months ago for my granddaughter, the seat is comfy and she does enjoy our car journeys. However I required a seat that would swivel to allow ease of setting her into the car, this was fine whilst she was rear facing. Now that we have turned the seat forward facing the seat no longer swivels the 90° required to assist with putting her into the seat. I feel that this has been described incorrectly and would like to make customers aware of this seat is not 360° when forward facing and infact is static when in this position.

    Amazon Customer –

    No problem with the car seat apart from it wouldn’t rotate easily in our car. Supplier agreed the refund on 3 September and we are still waiting 23 days later, despite documented evidence of the return to their warehouse on 5 September. Customer service is absolutely abysmal.

    Wish we had purchased a swivel seat earlier. We childmind our grandson twice a week and this saves our backs getting him in & out of the car 100%

    Easy to attach with isofix and top tether. Can only rotate when the top tether is not attached.
