We’ve had a few air fryers over the years but mainly only used them for chips, but with energy prices being as barmy as they are we found ourselves using the oven less and less and an air fryer more as it uses less electricity and cooks much faster than a domestic oven.
This is a small compact 2.8L air fryer which is perfect for 1 or 2 people. This would be a little small for a larger family.
The air fryer is easy to use. The menus are very intuitive and easy to use with a few different modes that make it quite versatile.
If using an air fryer cook times are reduced by quite a bit and this one is no different. Unless the good purchased includes air fryer cooking guidelines it can be a bit hit or miss. I usually find air fryer times are around 80% ok the guidelines.
God quality and value. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

So far so good. Never used an air fryer before until last night. Did one sirloin steak in it and my hubby pronounced it perfect! It was always hit and miss in the frying pan… Love the neat size, look of it and the simple controls. Can’t wait now to try more meals in it.

Everything that could be a negative could also easily be a positive, so it depends on whether you’re a half empty or half full kind of person.
In a nutshell:
Things I liked:
+ Price is reasonable (£55 is extremely good value for what you get).
+ Functions and controls are really simple and easy to understand.
+ Much smaller footprint on the kitchen counter than other air fryers.
+ Consistent results.
+ Easy to clean.
Things I didn’t like:
– Build quality is fine but basic (but perfectly good for £55).
– No advanced functions or features (keeping things simple and easy to use).
– Fairly small basket (which is how it can keep a small footprint on the kitchen counter).
Do I recommend it?
Ultimately, yes, this is quite an easy air fryer to recommend. If you’re single, a couple or a small family, I think this is an ideal size for an air fryer.
The small footprint means you can keep it out on the countertop all the time, which I think is vital for an air fryer. If you don’t have an air fryer yet and you’re thinking you’ll put it away in a cupboard after you use it so it doesn’t matter how big it is, I’d suggest that might result in you just not using your air fryer. After all, you don’t put your microwave away after every use? Or maybe you do?

Crux air fryer, small but very mighty!
It arrived in a very well-branded box with the air fryer packed securely inside, complete with a well-informative instruction and care manual, which I very much appreciate not being in broken English.
It tells you how to operate before use, what recommended times for different food items, different modes, and cleaning and care guides.
Read the user manual before use, as it has recommendations as well as modes that have a pre-set time and temperature, what I do like is that everything can be adjusted to your liking, for example, to test this I used french fries.
While the recommended time is around 25 minutes by default when selecting the mode, the buttons on the touchscreen allowed me to tweak the timer to 20-15 minutes for a smaller batch, and the french fries came out all crispy and fully cooked.
What I do like is the pause and resume feature this has, when the basket tray is open the fryer shuts off and will resume when you close it, this is perfect as my other Phillips air fryer will just continuously blast hot air while the basket tray is open.
a very minor inconvenience, if inserted incorrectly, the crisp tray can get stuck inside the basket upside down.
Other than that, it’s really good and a neat little fryer!

This is my first time using an air fryer and it has exceeded my expectations. The air fryer is well made and well packaged with a great user manual. The design and build quality are excellent. I particularly like it being sleek and minimal, and the buttons are easy to touch. The stainless steel matches well with my existing kitchen appliances.
I’ve used it for cooking salmon fillets and chips and the result is excellent. This is so convenient that I’ve started to use it more than my oven and grill, and they are easier to clean and more energy efficient than an oven too.
The size of this air fryer is compact, taking up minimal space on the kitchen counter, and more than enough for 2 adults. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this easy-to-use compact air fryer to any small family who has limited kitchen space.

I obviously didn’t read the measurements properly it’s only a 7 inch pot

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I ordered this, as I’ve not owned an air fryer before and I haven’t heard of this brand. I’m pleased to say that I’m very impressed.
It came well packaged and with very clear instructions. The controls are fairly simple to understand as long as you read the instructions first. It’s very simple to use too, the food goes into a basket and you set your heat and time. It pauses cooking if you open the tray to check on the food or turn it too.
I’ve only tried chips and other potato products so far, and they have turned out lovely and crisp, with a good reduction in cooking time! I know it can be used for so much more though, so I will be experimenting with other products snd trying a few recipes from the internet too.
