Not stable. Boils extremely slow. Worked for 2 months then just stopped working. Spend a couple of pound extra and get something else. Would not recommend

Oh why did i buy the cheapest kettle on amazon. 1. it takes 2 forevers and a half to boil water. 2. it does NOT auto-shutoff if you take the kettle off the base. In some instances the element kept heating up when empty. 3. the base is dodgy, there is no keeping the cord in the holding hole which makes the whole thing wobbly. Just .. don’t. I mean, IT BOILS WATER, but you can do so much better for another fiver.
