Ich habe den Gtech K9 AirRAM bestellt, weil er viele Features hat, die ich bei anderen Akku-Staubsaugern vermisse: herausnehmbarer Akku (Möglichkeit zum Wechsel-Akku), lange Laufzeit, gute Bewertungen bei der Saugleistung, selbstständiges Stehen, großer Staubbehälter usw.
Die Bestellung kam schnell an, alles tip top, Zusammenbau war ganz einfach.
Bisher also alles perfekt, aber jetzt kommen die Kleinigkeiten, die nicht ganz ideal waren: – Auf Hartböden ist die Saugleistung nicht wirklich gut (mir wurde vom Support noch geraten, die Bürste zu entfernen – dann würde die Saugleistung auf Hartböden besser werden, aber ich hatte diesen Tipp erst nach Absendung der Rücksendung gelesen). (Auf Teppich funktionierte der Staubsauger sehr gut.) – Der “Saugkopf” am Boden ist relativ groß, sodass man in einer kleinen, verwinkelten Wohnung nicht alle Ecken gut erreicht. – Die Handhabung des Staubbehälters zur Entleerung ist nicht ganz einfach, insbesondere weil man den Filter nach jedem Saugen mitwaschen müsste. Beim Herausnehmen des Staubbehälters ist auch schon ein wenig gesammelter “Dreck” herausgefallen.
Insbesondere die ersten beiden Punkte haben dazu geführt, dass ich den Staubsauger wieder zurücksenden musste. Nach der Rücksendung habe ich das komplette Geld zurück bekommen. Insofern kann ich den Verkäufer und das Produkt generell empfehlen, wenn man mit den negativen Kleinigkeiten gut klar kommt.

I absolutely love my Gtech Airam mk 2. It was simple to put together and came with a half charged battery. This has lasted for well over a week. It brings the carpet pile up beautifully, even on my older carpet. As there is no cumbersome dust bag the Gtech lies really flat so cleaning under furniture is a dream.
I especially love the second handle which really helps to manoeuvre it around.
Yo can see how much dust has accumulated in the clear dust cylinder. This is simple to remove and after opening the end of the cylinder there is a small green tag that slides down and discharges the debris. Pet and human hair dies wrap round the brush but Gtech includ a clever little comb that easily removes it.
I also bought the multi tool as a package. What a handy tool this is. It’s ideal for collecting small bits on the carpet. There is an attachment which is ideal for stairs and a smaller one that enables you to get into the corners (especially in the car). All in all British is best, I would recommend both too anyone who cannot carry heavy and corded vacuums but still wants the same results.

Delivered day after it was ordered. My sister recommended this cleaner, she had also bought a set for her two daughters for Christmas, which she had purchases from Argos, but it was £50 cheaper from Amazon. This vacuum is fantastic, the upright is light to use and cleans carpets very well. It is easy to empty too. The hand held muti tool vacuum is fantastic too. I cleaned the car with it this morning and it was powerful enough to remove stones and grit from the carpet at first pass, also grass which hooked into the carpet pile. Again the handheld was easy to empty. Love both versions. Also easy to charge up which is great.

I researched, waited to try to get best price, hemmed and hawed … Then finally took the plunge. I am so glad I did! This is the best machine I’ve ever owned, and I will be buying again as gifts. I’ve used the vacuum several times daily since purchasing; they have quickly become favorites. Decent suction, easy maintenance and emptying of the dirt chamber. Powerful and relatively quiet. I replaced three corded vacuums with this set. The replaced machines still worked well (So I thought), but I was looking to replace three units with one, with the ease and portability of cordless. As many have done, when I received this vacuum I used the current vacuums, then the new machine. I will echo what has been said…I was surprised that the new machine picked up so much more dirt and pet hair. The battery life is outstanding. Just deplete fully before you recharge, and don’t leave on charger. I am not an electrical engineer, but I’ve read this is key to ensuring long-life with batteries, esp. lithium. IMO, from years of using these tools I think it is valid ..I have some batteries still going strong after 8 years of use.

Je ne recommande pas ce produit, il est très fragile : après quelques utilisations le manche s’est fêlé et le fabricant m’a répondu que cette pièce n’était pas garantie et qu’il fallait passait une commande pour le remplacer. Après 1 an d’utilisation à très faible fréquence puisqu’il ne s’agit pas de mon aspirateur principal, le bouton de marche / arrêt ne fonctionne plus et le fabricant ne répond pas.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. It does a great job cleaning. I especially liked the seperate smaller handheld portion for doing quick cleanups, her car, and steps. I haven’t really paid attention as to how long they take to charge but it seems ok and the vacumns seem to work for a reasobable amount of time per charge. It’s lightweight and easy to manuever. Compared to the Shark vacumn she had, this set is definitely superior and worth the money. However, there are a couple things we don’t like. The big thing is, like so many vacumns, you have to remove a cannister and empty it every so often. It’s extremely difficult both to remove and get back in and we worry every time, we’ll break or crack something on the cannister. This is true of both the large and handheld. Also, there is a small plugin scent piece. I think it’s only on the handheld vacumn. I find it very mild and non-offensive but my daughter hates it. The vacumn will not operate without this which drives her crazy. So, if you’re sensitive to scent, consider that. One other thing I find crazy is that on the main vacumn, by default, the handle is down and it is not intuitive, how to raise it. My daughter had to look it up in the manual to figure it out.

The GTec Air ram is the second one we have had and I would recommend one especially to anyone who has difficulty using a heavy vacuum, however I bought it with the multi to clean the car thinking it will be better than a cheap hand held unit. I am disappointed with this. It has very poor suction and a short battery life from full to empty before I have finished the car. The motorised brush tool isn’t bad on the flat seats and carpet you can use it on but the poor suction will not pick most bits off the edges and crevices around your car. On the whole I would not recommend the Multi.

Bought for Christmas gift so cannot attest to longevity yet as only just opened the box 28/12 but tried them out and I’m very happy with the results. Lightweight and powerful though the upright is not quite as powerful as the handheld. Both arrived with 50% battery power, I cleaned several rooms and the battery power is still at 50%, quite impressive really considering the strong suction and the contents in the dustbins. So far 100% better than my previous expensive cordless of a well-known brand. I will add to my review when I’ve used them for some time.
