Excellent big screen all in one. Decent value for money, especially when price was sliced by another nice percentage. Still on first batteries for keyboard and mouse, so not yet in a position to comment on cycle time. Very pleased with purchase.

My first and successful P.C was Dell so when I needed a new computer I chose this Dell All in One. Sadly there was a serious problem with setting up. All was well until I hit Microsoft. I was in a ‘loop’ which I couldn’t get out of and which blocked me from going further. The Dell website was less than helpful. There was a list of models to choose from and mine was not on it! I tried the online ‘chat’ but my question was not understood! Amazon, as always, was most helpful and offer a refund or replacement – I chose a replacement. My second mistake as this had exactly the same problem. It seemed to me that it was the Microsoft software at fault. So once again the P.C. was returned (thank heavens for Amazon). I now have an excellent Asus All in One which I set up in record time.

I decided to upgrade my previous AIO Dell PC of 7 years for a more “modern” AIO PC. I so happened to find this which was fitting to my needs and requirements although I would have preferred a bigger storage option 1TB SSD would have been preferred over the current 512GB SSD although I do believe you can upgrade the storage. I won’t talk too much about specifications as you can see that from the specs in the information on this page.
The PC itself looks incredibly stylish It’s very sleek and I love the colour scheme it’s has a beautiful FULL HD screen colours are vibrant although I don’t believe it’s supports HDR which is a shame. One thing that I really enjoy about Dell AIO PC’S Is the incredible audio quality. The audio quality on this PC is just as wonderful as my previous DELL PC It’s fantastic for watching films and listening to music. Dell have some of the best audio in my opinion on AIO PC’S.
Overall, this is a very beautiful, modern looking sleek all in one PC that I would definitely recommend and on top of that the PC also doesn’t have too much bloatware upon setting up the system I only had to uninstall a few applications/programs. So if you’re looking to upgrade, this is a great choice!
