   They described the laptop as “ excellent shape” but the battery wouldn’t even last for at least 30 mins. Had to return it back and got my refund.

   The device has no audio at all and no sound card which I don’t know how to resolve at all. It feels like half the hardware is missing and the battery is very weak.

   This was purchased 15/03/2024 and not up to 1year the battery drains so fast and the laptop goes off even when the battery is charged and the Audio is so terrible, during meetings my colleagues struggle to hear me . I need either it gets repaired or I get refunded.
