The Dell Latitude 5400 14.0″ Laptop, Intel i5 I ordered was delivered quickly. Well packed, it looked like new, and is now in daily use by my daughter. So far a great quality purchase, providing ease of use and sufficient speed for regular software to operate.

I’m really pleased with this purchase. I had a cheap no-name Celeron laptop I was trying to work on, but it started chugging along more and more. Took the punt on this and it’s been flawless. Boots and runs about as fast as my high-spec office PC, really nice to type on, fans not too loud and nice screen. The battery life was a bit suspect at first, but after a few charge cycles it’s improved a lot, and I now think it’s more than acceptable for a second-hand machine. Very pleased.

I needed a back up laptop and didn’t want to spend much. I use Dell latitude for work and they’re always reliable. This arrived quickly very well packaged and in as new condition. Plugged in expecting to have to do loads of setting up but it was ready to go within about 10mins of connection to WiFi. Well happy

Very pleased with this laptop, easy to set up and use. Only had it a couple of days so time will tell, but at the moment I’d say it’s good value for money. No obvious signs of being reconditioned apart from a couple of marks on the back.
