had a problem setting it up it was all set for the united states I gave up after hours of trying to get rid of the american ebay and amazon took it to a computer tech and he fixed it.

El ordenador ya llegado perfectamente embalado y el mismo día de la fecha de entrega, corresponde totalmente con la descripción, para ser reacondicionado esta en unas excelentes condiciones, cero arañazos y cero marcas de uso, muy contento con la compra. Para un uso cotidiano de web y correos además de un poco de ofimática, esta más que perfecto.

Dopo neanche 2 settimane da quando ho iniziato a usarlo, il computer va in tilt. Già dopo la prima settimana dovevo sempre fare i reboot cliccando F1 quasi a ogni accensione, ora invece c’è un problema di ‘media checking’ e qualsiasi tasto io clicchi, la videata rimane la stessa e il computer non si avvia. Chiedo assistenza al venditore, essendo il prodotto in garanzia, ma la risposta è che devo spedire il computer a mie spese via posta, con il rischio che si perda o si danneggi. Mi aspettavo l’assistenza da remoto, ma il danno dev’essere tale che il computer deve essere addirittura riconsegnato al venditore. Ritengo di aver semplicemente perso i miei soldi. È un peccato perché per anni ho lavorato in azienda con questo tipo di computer che è di qualità molto buona e su Amazon veniva venduto ricondizionato come fosse nuovo.

Lo primero es que el producto no es como se anuncia. Dice que tiene teclado QWERTY y no es cierto, viene con pegatinas en las teclas para convertirlo pero NO lo es de origen. El ordenador más que reacondicionado, viene restaurado, con una enorme pegatina que cubre la carcasa imitando el plástico original. Esto en la parte estética. En las tripas sólo decir que el disco duro reventó al primer formateo. Son cosas que pueden pasar, qué le vamos a hacer. Al solicitar la devolución llegaron los problemas. Para no extenderme diré que todo se solucionó gracias a la intermediación de Amazon, que tiene una política de atención al cliente extraordinaria, porque por parte del vendedor la comunicación ha sido lamentable.
