   Purchased this product through Amazon/Computercentre. The laptop itself developed a bit of a problem and Computercentre were immensely helpful and supportive with their response. They gave every assistance possible to help me return the product to them, even when I stupidly forgot to put the power supply back in with the return, they told me not to worry. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again myself to re buy my replacement lap-top as they have been most reassuring.

   Laptop arrived on time, looked good at first however it kept going to blue screen, showed up hard drive not found error again and again with weird noise. Tried calling reseller multiple times, no one picks up. Please don’t waste your money and time on this product with this reseller. Seems no prechecks done

   Arrived quickly and was well packaged.
   Charged when I opened it and ready to go.
   I’ve already recommended it to one of my neighbours, so there’s that.

   I needed a replacement laptop but budget could not stretch to the eye-wateringly high prices of brand new models. I was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished laptop but I am so pleased that I did. For a very reasonable price, this laptop arrived and looked brand new. It has Windows 10 already installed – my partner is a tad jealous as he is still using a much older version of Windows! The picture and sound qualities are excellent. The battery life is superb and it recharges quickly. I wanted a big screen, so chose 15″. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t heavier as a result.
   I use it mostly for writing and research, but even within that scope the performance is flawless. I will never need to buy brand new again now I know the capabilities of a refurbished laptop, available for a fraction of the cost. It is worth every penny.
