This laptop has proved to be a big disappointment, not only is it a replacement for the one I ordered but it seems to struggle with power, the fan kicks in after only 50% of use, and that’s every time I use it, on the plus side, the graphics are good, the running software is excellent, but because of it’s compact size it doesn’t give the wow factor I was hoping for.

I had received this laptop on Monday(21 Nov 22) night at 7:30 pm. When i switched on laptop, it was asking for UK keyboard selection, wifi configuration and got stopped in Network configuration. In Network configuration, it was showing the message of “Welcome to moodys.com” page and looking for sign in authentication and authorisation. I have attached the screen shot. I am talking with Laptop sellers technical team, I came to know from the technical team saying that issue is with Windows auto pilot and asked Microsoft to de-activate auto pilot, initially they had given a time frame of 2 days to resolve this issue, 2 days have completed at 2 pm today. Still issue is still not resolved.

As other reviews show, the quality control on these laptops is poor. I had two laptops from this company, one of which was a replacement as the fingerprint sensor on the first was broken and seemed to have just been glued back in place.
The replacement laptop was also defective, randomly shut down and couldn’t hold a charge. Absolutely useless as a cheap work laptop. Poor quality refurb.
The ordeal took over a month from start to finish (purchase to refund). Trying to get them to collect their laptops was a nightmare. I counted four collection attempts where I waited in and they hadn’t even arranged a courier, despite promising to do so.
The staff on the phone seem friendly, but there are clearly some serious operational and quality control issues with this company.

Although refurbished, the screen, keyboard and touchpad looked brand new. There were a couple of minor scratches on the base though, out of sight out of mind!
Arrived with Windows 10 but I upgraded to Windows 11 with no problem. This computer is super fast with loads of memory. Highly recommended.

The product is working perfectly and I really love its operation. It has all the featured in description by seller aside finger print and process speed that is less than advertised. RAM doing its good well, good storage and body is excellent. No visible even scratch within close range.

Arrived late after being lost. Stopped working after three months. The repair and return took a month. Stopped working after four months. The repair took another month. Stopped working again after four months. Company refused any responsibility. Faulty motherboard, hard drive and battery.
