Bought this and the matching kettle. The kettle still works, the toaster doesn’t. Right side lever will not stay down. Cleaned regularly and not dirty. It’s an electrical fault with the magnet. Cost £85

Really bad fault. Same as older model! Crumb drawer located at rear. Very annoying to use. Design that puts crumb drawer in the front will take the market.

After 18 months one of the toasting levers does not hold down. Delano I will not repair, disgraceful. The toaster has been thoroughly cleaned

Très jolie design, fonctionne très bien à mes attentes. Décongèle, réchauffe, grill réglable plus ou moins doré ,problème à la livraison qui c’est réglé rapidement je recommande ce grill pain et la confiance du vendeur
