    The De’Longhi Brillante 4-Slice Toaster is a fantastic product that will look fabulous in your kitchen. The design of the toaster is modern and aesthetically appealing, whilst offering practical solutions for all your toasting needs. The holes for each ‘slice’ are of a decent width, enabling you to place larger items such as muffins or bagels inside without having to squash them to fit. There is a handy dial on the front of the toaster which should be set to reflect how ‘well done’ you’d like your toast to be. We thought that putting the dial on number 3 would give us medium toasted bread but it’s quite powerful and burnt on this setting, so we put it down to number 2 which was prefect. There’s a cancel, defrost and reheat button should you wish to use these features.

    I’d definitely recommend getting this product (and the matching kettle!) if you’re looking for a stylish yet practical toaster. Worth every penny, and more!

    This toaster is excellent. The controls are vey clear. The toast made brings out the flavour of the bread and has a golden colour when using a very low setting. If you are looing to purchase a new toaster you can’t go wrong with this one!

    Ich versuche mich informativ genug, aber kurz zu halten…

    Optisch ist der Toaster definitiv ein Genuss!!!

    Leider haperts hier an der Technik (scheinbar eine Krankheit von DeLonghi).

    Man stelle sich vor, man stellt den Toaster auf Stufe 4, weil mans gerne kross mag und toastet nun. Die Stufe lässt man, toastet ein weiteres Mal und *tataaa* die Toastscheiben sind verbrannt! Dass der Toaster mittlerweile aufgewärmt ist und die nachfolgenden Scheiben schneller erwärmt werden als die ersten, weiß ich. Daher bedarf dies keinen Kommentaren von “Kennern”^^ Aber SO kenne ich das nicht und finde es übertrieben!
    Zudem werden die Toasts unregelmäßig getoastet – trotz des Haltedingens für die Toastscheiben.

    Tja, was soll ich sagen. Man bezahlt für die Optik und den Namen – NICHT für ausgeklügelte Technik!

    Da ich aber etwas optisch aufwertendes für meine Küche gesucht habe, habe ich mich für den Toaster entschieden. Ich lasse meine Gerät eh nie unbaufsichtigt. Und da ich nun weiß wie der Toaster tickt, habe ich mich drauf eingestellt. Daher für mich kein Problem. Deshalb insgesamt ***

    Für alle Anderen, denen tatsächlich Technik wichtig ist, empfehle ich dieses Gerät nicht.

    Im Übrigen habe ich auch den passenden Wasserkocher. Für alle Interessierten.
    Diesen habe ich auch mit *** bewertet. Aus genau denselben Gründen – Optik top, Technik… naja.
