Kettle looked great, lead not very long. Plugged in and switch does not stay down. Contacted Amazon who were really helpful , I asked for a refund and received my money back next working day. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing again from Amazon in case same thing happens.

Originally purchased from Amazon, with faulty switch. It wouldn’t stay down, so returned and replaced, replacement also had the same issue. Contacted delonghi who were really good and sent out a replacement… although this also has the exact same issue! 3 kettles all with the same problem. Must be a design issue. Purchased matching toaster which is fine.
