Ho acquistato la De’Longhi Eletta Explore dopo aver dovuto restituire la mia De’Longhi Dinamica Plus Perfetto a causa di un guasto irreparabile in garanzia. Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto di questa nuova macchina. Ecco i punti principali della mia esperienza:
Cura nei Dettagli: È evidente che la qualità delle finiture è superiore. Ad esempio, dove si appoggiano le tazze, ci sono inserti in plastica per evitare di rigare l’acciaio, una soluzione intelligente che apprezzo molto.
Contenitore del Latte Migliorato: Il contenitore del latte è molto ben curato e migliorato rispetto alla mia precedente macchina. Funziona alla perfezione e rende la schiuma di latte calda e fredda senza problemi.
Facilità d’Uso: La vaschetta dell’acqua si inserisce in modo fluido, rendendo l’uso quotidiano della macchina molto semplice e comodo.
Qualità Complessiva: Tutto appare di qualità ben superiore alla mia vecchia macchina. La De’Longhi Eletta Explore ha superato le mie aspettative sotto molti aspetti.
L’unico aspetto negativo che ho riscontrato è che questo modello, nella fascia di prezzo scelta, non dispone del collegamento diretto con l’app, una piccola mancanza che però non influisce significativamente sul rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo.
Questa recensione è fatta a distanza di qualche mese dall’acquisto e la aggiornerò eventualmente se ne varrà la pena o se avrò ulteriori osservazioni.
Nel complesso, la De’Longhi Eletta Explore ECAM452.57.G è una macchina da caffè eccezionale che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un prodotto di alta qualità e dalle ottime prestazioni.

We had it for 9 months now after an older model served us for 13 years. This machine is amazing. Milk carafe is much easier to manage than the old one. Makes cold and hot coffees. Adjustable drink size and intensity for multiple users. Remembers settings. Has multiple one touch recipes. Pleasure to use and easy to work with. Coffee is great every single time, and we are having 6 to 10 of cups every day. Perfect machine for home or small office.

Nachdem ich vor Jahren bereits einen De’Longhi Kaffeevollautomaten hatte und danach auf eine Senseo hatte, musste es nun doch wieder ein Vollautomat sein, der mir auf Knopfdruck Cappucchino und Latte Macchiato zaubern kann.
Die De’Longhi Eletta Explore ist ein vielseitiger Kaffeevollautomat, der sowohl heiße als auch kalte Kaffeespezialitäten auf Knopfdruck zubereitet. Mit den vielen voreingestellten Rezepten und einem tollen Milchsystem bietet sie für mich ein breites Spektrum an Getränken für jeden Geschmack.
Die Eletta überzeugt mich durch ihr modernes Design und eine benutzerfreundliche Bedienung, für die keinerlei Betriebsanleitung notwendig ist. Das Touchdisplay ermöglicht eine intuitive Navigation durch die verschiedenen Getränkeoptionen. Besonders praktisch ist die verstellbare Abstellfläche, die Platz für große Gläser oder To-Go-Becher bis zu 17,5 cm Höhe bietet und die ich vor allem für meinen Latte in riesigen Gläsern benötige.
Mit der Eletta kann man aus einer Vielzahl von Getränken wählen, darunter klassische Heißgetränke wie Espresso, Cappuccino und Latte Macchiato sowie kalte Spezialitäten wie Iced Cappuccino und Cold Brew, auf die ich mich jetzt schon im Sommer freue. Das LatteCrema-System ermöglicht die Zubereitung von Milchschaum in drei Konsistenzstufen, sowohl heiß als auch kalt. Die kalte Variante habe ich noch nicht probiert, aber die heiße zaubert einen unglaublich dichten und festen Schaum. Ebenfalls von Vorteil finde ich, dass man die Menge des Milchschaumes regulieren kann.
Die Reinigung der Eletta gestaltet sich einfach und unkompliziert. Viele Teile, wie die Abtropfschale und die Milchbehälter, sind spülmaschinengeeignet. Aber auch per Hand sind die Teile einfach und schnell zu reinigen. Zudem verfügt die Maschine über automatische Reinigungsprogramme für Entkalkung und Spülung.
Auch kann man die Eletta per Handy bedienen, was ich für meine Bedürfnisse für Unsinn halte, da ich sowieso zum Automat laufen muß, um eine Kaffeetasse darunter zu stellen oder den Milchbehälter anzubringen.
Die Eletta Explore bietet jedoch für mich eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an Kaffeegetränken und überzeugt durch einfache Bedienung sowie unkomplizierte Reinigung. Für Kaffeeliebhaber ist sie uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und ich werde sie nicht mehr hergeben.

This was defiantly a considered purchase, but won out due to the ease of cleaning, and variety of drinks, including the cold brew options. Also our old Delongi machine (Magnifica S Cappuccino) is still going strong after over ten thousand brews (but it was time……..just needed something with more options).
Using Lavazza Crema E Aroma beans (grind setting 3.5) this thing is brilliant. First coffee was good, and it’s got better over the first week. We like hot milk based drinks and they are wonderful. Wish I’d got one sooner, but ….the price…. I’ll take my sons word on the cold-based drinks. He loves em, but not my thing. Me and the wife have basically gone through every hot drink option in the first week and it’s a game changer. Just so easy (and tasty). Latte Macchiato is the winner in our book (large, strength 4 or 5).
Gave it a good clean today, removing the brew unit, but just needed a quick swill/dry and it was good to go.
Easy to set up profiles for the 3 of us and set preferences for strength/favorites etc.
Will keep everything crossed it keeps performing!

Overall, happy with the purchase we spend less money on coffee from the shops now and make it at home and the profiles make are great at allowing different people to have their own specific settings. I’m not sure it’s something James Hoffman would like but for a family who want something quick the eletta fits the bill.
It’s fully automated which the other members of the household really like. I would have preferred the ability to use the milk wand to steam the milk manually but am the minority with that opinion here. This comes with a spout and a carafe.
The ability to make lots of different drinks is nice, but not used very often we all tend to have our go to coffee that we drink and stick that that. Being in the UK we don’t really use it for hot water, but it does have that option.
It looks like a coffee machine, and the display is really nice so fits into the corner where we have it and does not look out of place.
A little over a year on and it’s starting to make a bit more noise when it turns on and off, I feel I’m going to try and need to re-grease some parts at some point. This is the second Delonghi we have had the last one lasted 5 years before needing to be replaced when the pin inside the machine that puck disposer knocks against broke. I’m hoping this one at least lasts the same amount of time, I’m trying to be care for the machine more thoroughly.
The negatives
The Eletta complains about the water filter and needing to be descaled frequently, we clearly make a lot of coffee as the machine requests a filter and descale roughly every month.
The ability to control the device with an app is very gimmicky and I’ve not found a use case for this functionality, you can’t leave a cup on the machine as it has a rinse cycle when it turns on and off.
The bean adapt technology is locked behind an app which I really dislike, I want to be able to do that from the machine, I often have problems getting the app to connect with the device.
Then I discovered it’s only possible to have around 7 different types of bean, we buy lots of different beans, meaning this functionality is rendered inadequate unless I delete an existing one to add a new one. It’s the most disappointing issue for me and stops it getting a full 5 stars.

The Eletta Explore isn’t just a coffee machine, it’s an experience. We’ve made over 800 drinks with it (yes, the machine tracks it like some kind of caffeinated diary) and let me tell you, it’s been 800 moments of pure bliss. Every morning, we kick off with Rave Beans, because, well, why settle for mediocre when you can have excellence?
This machine makes everything from espresso to frothy lattes like a caffeinated magician. The touchscreen interface? Feels like I’m running a spaceship dedicated solely to my happiness. The only thing missing is a “high five” feature after each cup.
The machine is practically part of the family now. It knows us better than we know ourselves — every cup is consistent, delicious, and just… perfect. My partner and I joke that we’ve made more drinks than some coffee shops, and it’s been completely worth it.
If you want a coffee machine that keeps track of your daily caffeine obsession and makes you feel like a barista with zero effort, this is the one. Over 800 drinks and counting — we’re in this for the long haul!
