I bought this machine for my studio, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. I’ve saved so much money by not buying coffee elsewhere—and the taste is actually better than most cafés!

What I love most is that it’s a bean-to-cup machine, which means no tamping—something I specifically looked for because tamping is extra work and can get messy. This machine makes it so simple: just press a button, and you have a perfect cup of coffee.

I haven’t used the milk frother yet, as I prefer my coffee black, but it’s great to have the option for guests.

Highly recommend if you want café-quality coffee with zero fuss.

The machine lived up to my expectations . A month of use now and I am quite satisfied . Cleaning is easy and much faster with this wand style milk steamer as opposed to the Carafe models

A tip to reduce maintenance – keep a spare mug under the spouts while starting up and also while shutting down. This will collect the water used by the machine used for heating up and cleaning after you are done, instead of collecting in the drip tray below, significantly reducing the number of times you need to empty the drip tray.

    Keine deutsche Betriebsanleitung.
    Englischer Stecker an der Stromzufuhr.
    Ansonsten, gutes Gerät.

I kept this coffee machine for less than 24 hours! One of the times that I wish I had taken the advice of some of the reviewers. Unless you are an engineer, can read a number of languages including hieroglyphics and are able to ignore all the online videos, this is not for you. I have had bean to cup machines for many many years and this is the first that is totally impossible to setup quickly and efficiently. Mind you it looks very good, thanks for Amazon’s easy return policy albeit the credit back to my account is a little lot longer than taking the payment 🙂

I replaced the older bean to cup machine from De’hlongi we bought during Covid which had valiantly lasted 4 years of heavy use. Super happy with the purchase. Key highlights: 1. It has a built in water filter the old one didn’t have 2. there’s a more complex brewing process – teh machine starts and stops more often – and for teh bigger drinks actually brews twice automatically 3. the coffee is excellent with a nice crema 4. it quieter than the old machine. 5. The space for cups is higher – you can get bigger cups in there.
I bought this deliberately without all the fancy milk frothy thing ( there’s a manual steamer but not an automatic foamer ) and it virtually halves the price. The machine is also quite compact and much easier to fill.

    AMAZING!!

There’s so much I love about this machine.

Firstly, and most importantly, the coffee is delicious and it smells wonderful. Nothing beats the smell of freshly brewed coffee for me….although freshly baked bread is a close second!!

I have turned the machine up to full strength and I use a double shot to make my cappuccino in my reusable Costa cup.

The coffee is the perfect temperature for me, although you can alter the coffee temperature.

For an automatic bean to cup machine it’s not overly noisy.

I’ve read people saying that the instruction book is non-existent but my machine came with a quick start guide, an instruction book in English and the same one but in different languages.

Also other reviewers mentioned that the water tank isn’t large enough – well I suppose that depends on how many coffees you’re making at one time but I wouldn’t use water that’s been sitting for days in a tank – I put in fresh water every morning. I also really like that the water tank slides out from the front – no more reaching blindly behind the machine to lift and replace the water tank.

I had turned the grinder down to the lowest setting but the coffee was slowly dripping out the spouts then blocked up completely.
I switched the machine off, waited 10 seconds, switched it back on and the blockage cleared. I then turned the grinder up to 3 (while the grinder was working) and all is good.

The steam wand produces lovely silky smooth, frothy milk – I use Sproud Barista and it works perfectly.

I have done the basic cleaning, the coffee grind collector, the drip tray (the metal part is dishwasher safe) and I’ve removed the brewing unit, washed it in warm water, left it to dry and refitted it – all straightforward.

The machine isn’t too heavy, I can lift it and move it easily myself.

The machine looks good on the counter top. The adjustable coffee spouts are handy when filling a medium sized coffee pot and then adjusting it for a small espresso cup. The top of the machine is flat so handy for storing coffee cups. It takes some time to get the coffee flavour just right, so quite a lot of experimenting is necessary. I used up a good 2 pints of milk and around 20 cups of coffee to get a nice flat white to my taste. Fortunately, it’s far cheaper than coffee pods per cup so that didn’t break the bank. I found Grind coffee beans to be the best, but they are expensive, so will keep trying brands like Illy to keep cost down. Overall, I’d say this was a good B2C machine and good value. Some things I don’t like about it:
    1. The steam spout takes some getting used to. Twice now, I’ve turned it off, then turned it on to get the milk a bit hotter just to find it shoots hot water into the milk. I’ve had to throw the milk away as a result. There’s no indication that what you get out of the spout is steam or water.
    2. The machine goes quiet, sometimes for 20 seconds or so. Impatiently I’ve pressed the coffee button again which confuses the machine, wasting the coffee that’s ready to brew. I’ve now learned to wait.
    3. When it switches on or off, the machine purges itself of any water in the system. If you don’t put a jug under the spout it just fills up the drip tray which will eventually spill over to your counter top.
    4. The displays don’t make much sense to me. The only one I use is espresso, which I double up using the X2 button when making a large cappu or big flat white. The other buttons seem to just make weak coffees. Fine I suppose if you like pointless Americanos or graduating from Mellow Birds.
