I had only had this airfryer for just over a month when it stopped working and although I wasn’t able to have a refund as it had gone out of the 30 day window , they replaced it no problem.
Well done . Would definitely use this seller again.
The air fryer itself is great value for money , not too noisy, easy to clean and lots of features.

Fine when it’s working, but like other reviews indicate, the safety mechanism on the drawer breaks and you’re left with junk. Kept ours going through inserting a hook into that area but had enough and just ordered a Tefal replacement.

I bought this for my wife as she kept on about a air fryer, but I was like what’s wrong with the oven, so I bit the bullet and went through loads and see this one all the basic black ones with little baskets was between £30 and £80 so I saw this one it had a large tray and fully touch screen, when it came I thought wow its big but it really ain’t great size tray and easy to use and food turns out great glad I bought this air fryer don’t get me wrong to cook in it it is a lot of trial and error until you get use to it but highly recommended great air fryer great food healty food and kiss love it to because they count down to their dinner

The media could not be loaded.
After 1 year it still works, although the bowl gets stuck. also the coating has worn off on bottom. but it still copes with the task, it’s making good tasty dishes without oil

I used the air fryer for some time and then suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller, who literally replied in 5 min asking me to describe the problem. After some interchange of messages they identified the issue and told me they will be sending a replacement. The replacement arrived the following day! So my air fryer was again in working order less than 24 HS later, I couldn’t be more pleased! 100% reccomend this seller if you need a good air fryer for a reasonable price and the peace of mind of an excellent customer service if anything goes awry.
Update: the thing broke again, same issue. This time I won’t even bother with this and just got a Ninja.
Unless they change the design so it stops breaking so easily, I wouldn’t recommend this.
Specially because it’s otherwise still in good condition and such a shame to send it to the landfill. Cheaper things than won’t last are no good for us or for the planet.

First off…the seller is fine. Quick responses and honoured 12 month guarantee. Replacement drawer despatched and received within 3 days of raising the matter with them. Now for the product. Do not buy! The drawer, which acts as an on/off switch has some sort of design fault. Other buyers have attached photos of the issue. Indeed as soon as I reported the fact that the unit had stopped working the seller sent me a photo of a drawer and asked me to take a photo of mine to confirm that the drawer had in fact broken in a similar fashion. My unit was coming up to 12 months old. However, I purchased it to use in a holiday home (not a rental – personal use only) so if I had used it a dozen times I’d be exaggerating…and yet it still broke. Yes, I have been given a new drawer but as another buyer found out…the new one didn’t last long either. I did take issue with the suggestion from the “seller” that I may have incorrectly inserted the drawer…I fail to see how user error can be blamed given the obvious repeated failings of the unit/drawer. So in summary, this air fryer has a record of breaking down due to a problem with the design of the drawer and as such I cannot recommend it to anyone.
