Customer Review –
A reasonable soft-fruit juicer for the price.
At this price point you’re obviously not going to have a top of the line juicer that can manage anythigny ou throw at it, so I kind of went into this test knowing I’d have to have reasonable expectations.
It’s a big fella, taking up a lot of space on the worktop or in a cupboard, and it’s certainly not the quietest out there. Nor is it the fastest, though it does work. The plus side of the space it takes up is that it has good sized containers, with a full 1.5L for pulp, and a 1L juice jug, which is pretty sizeable. The feed tube is also pretty generous, though I’m not sure how well it’d handle large lumps But for softer fruits it’s very easy to feed large pieces. The containers are also dishwasher-safe, which is a big bonus, as it’s surprising how many aren’t. For me that’s a huge point in its favour. But it does have shortcomings.
I think I’d call this a good juicer for soft fruits, as it did really well with things like skinned citrus fruits and strawberries and blueberries. With apples it struggled a lot more; it could pulp them and grind them, but it wasn’t putting out the same volume of juice, and quality wise it had a lot of pulp and skin. If you were making apple sauce it would be great! It also struggled with things like carrots, not only getting noisy, but vibrating a fair bit.
In all then, I’d say that if you regard this as a soft fruit/citrus juicer, you’ll be happy with it. For the price it does that very well, and I can’t fault it. Just don’t get the carrots out…

Good budget juicer that does the job.

Man, I love fresh juice. I am not a big health nut or anything but fresh squeezed orange juice is just one of the greatest things on earth. This is a great way to get that unmatchable deliciousness anytime you like, and better still, you can juic a lot more than just oranges! This is so simple to use and while it makes a bit of noise, it is pretty unobtrusive in the grand scheme of things. It’s also a breeze to clean so doesn’t leave you dreading using it knowing you’ll have a big job ahead. I’m sure there are plenty of health benefits I should mention but the turth is I don’t know what they are. What I do know is that fresh juice is 10 times better than anything you can buy in the store and this is a great way to have it anytim.

This rather compact juicer is well made and delivers decent results.
Its design and function is in line with other models in the same category.
The loud noise is pretty standard and nothing unexpected.
Cleaning is straight forward, following a simple disassembly.
It’s powerful enough to juice small to medium pieces one by one but showers down if it’s fed too much at a time – depending on firmness of the juiceable input.
At the time of writing £34.99 felt like adequate value for money.

Does its job but very hard to clean; that’s if you like clean products.

This juicer does a surprisingly good job and I’m happy with it.
My first impression was that the build quality is surprisingly good and it also looks quite premium. It has a sleek, matted finish that looks really nice. It’s also compact and easy enough to store.
The motor is reasonably powerful but I found that it helps to break down the pieces so it can handle things bit-by-bit. It says you can throw whole fruit in there, but it seems to slow it down a bit, so I tend to prep the fruit beforehand. However, once you’ve prepped the fruit (we’ve used pineapple, apple and pear pieces) it can produce smooth, well-filtered juice with no bits. It seperates them very well.
It is quite loud and makes an annoying whirring sound, but that’s something I’ve experienced with pretty much all juicers…
Cleaning it isn’t too bad since there aren’t many parts and they’re also not overly complex in shape either, however the fruit does spray all over the place inside it, so it’ll require a thorough clean every time. The blades are sharp and require some care.

This isn’t the high end of the juicers even though it looks quite well off. It’s well-built, but I think it lacks the power needed to get efficient juicing. This one I tested for review is only a 600-watt motor, despite how loud the motor is, you’ll surely wake your family up first thing in the morning when you’re trying to get your daily vitamins, but it will take a little longer to get the best out of the fruits.
What I did like about this design is that it pours out straight into the provided jug and it produces well filtered juice with no bits.
The cleaning is a bit of a chore, but there aren’t that many components to clean. Be gentle when cleaning the blade as it’s very sharp.
The design is fairly compact and doesn’t take up that much space, which is a good thing, much better than the other ones I have used in the past.
