This laptop works excellently. It boasts a 15.5” screen that is completely clear and even has the extra numbers keypad on the right hand side which is extremely helpful. The mouse trackpad in the middle is sensitive and very responsive and also has Touch ID. The laptop has 16Gb of RAM so its quick – pages load quickly and smoothly with no perceptible lag. Both the Bluetooth and the wifi connect very well with no issues. It supports 5G so again it’s very quick with no issues. The laptop has an audio jack slot, an HDMI slot and an SD card slot so it has everything. It even comes with some great accessories – it comes with the power cable of course but also a great keyboard cover to protect from dust and an Ethernet port / extension. The computer runs smoothly with no issues. Initial setup is very quick and it even comes with an office type program that you can choose to install. Perfect so far – has been wonderful at browsing with multiple tabs with no lag or crashes. Loads Microsoft office easily and even Sony vegas pro.

Great value for money but not 100% happy about the quality. 1: the speakers are absolutely terrible and you will need either external speaker or headset. Good thtat BT works fine, so I can use the earbuds that I normally use for my phone. 2: the charger is not a standard usb-c. But the laptop will actually charge through the (only one) usb-c port if you have a usb-c charger of another laptop. 3: I have some sw issues, in the sense that windows 11 (which has a regular license) refuses to perform the periodic patches. Windows Update tries to download the patches but then fails. I still need to figure out why.

The sound output is extremely low — even at maximum volume, it’s barely half as loud as a typical laptop.
You almost need to be a technician to use all of its features. The HDMI port didn’t work initially. It took me hours and extensive back-and-forth with ChatGPT to find the right driver. Simply downloading the official driver didn’t work — I had to extract and trial multiple files manually to get it working.
I couldn’t get Bluetooth to function at all. I tried pairing it with several Bluetooth devices, installed every driver I could find, but nothing worked. I have no idea what other problems may arise in the future.
When running demanding tasks, it gets extremely noisy.
On the positive side, the screen quality is good and the system runs fast.
I returned it.

It’s a very fast and reliable laptop. The design is beautiful and very light weight. I bought it for my daughter who is an A level student and she is absolutely delighted to have it. She does a lot of art work and animation work both as hobby and for school work and the screen size of perfect for this type of work. The sound is also perfect for the size of it. I highly recommend it for college or university students. Price wise I don’t think you can get anything like this in this price.

Will recommend, it’s very compact and light-weighted, able to carry this with me to work and business trips. Was really a good buy and I am a hundred percent satisfied and would highly recommend this to family and friends. Feel free to give this a try and you will never go wrong with it. Screen quality is of high standard, the laptop speed is very high, has a moderate size, making it possible to carry about. The functionality is top notch. Has a large memory capacity that really stores up enough data. The keyboard functions perfectly and even comes with a shield to help preserve it further. Thanks for delivering quality.

Fantastic so far for the price brilliant for gaming I brought it for football manager and it runs so fast my old laptop was always slow on football manger so this one’s 5x as fast and so cheep only been a week on it but so far so good
