This was replacement for an older big ball dyson, the old one performed well but was a beast to handle, this new one is slightly smaller and lighter to handle but works really well….. highly recommended. Delivery was quick and professional.

Rather heavy but an excellent vacuum cleaner .It does a great job of cleaning However when I tried to register with Dyson they said I had not purchased it from one of their authorised dealers and they could not register the vacuum .I got in contact with your dealer and they said I have I have a 1 year contract with urbo turbo and then it reverts to Dyson whose contact guarantee says 5 years .Could you please get back to me on this ASAP and give me a guarantee to cover the vacuum and paperwork .Thankyou

The item arrived on time and was well packaged. It was as described by the seller. I have used Dyson vaccums for a while so had no hesitation in buying another one for my upstairs. Would recommend this product.

I had three sharks and they all lost suction so I have now gone back to Dyson seeing as the old Dyson was still going apart from the pipes were broken. Never will I buy another Shark.
