   I had great expectations for this robot vacuum but unfortunately it didn’t do the job of picking up the bits from a carpet. I ran the machine twice over the same area but bits were still on the carpet. At the third attempt an error message popped up to say remove debris from airways even though I had cleaned the main dust chamber. I don’t expect to pay £1100.00 for me to fiddle about, it is supposed to be a labour saving device, but it seems to be of an less effort using a normal vacuum. A great disappointment, and I have returned it for a refund.

   I’ve been using this robot vacuum cleaner every day for the past month because I wanted to make sure this was really worth all its cost, especially from the point of view of someone who’s never had one of these before.
   My mind immediately went there: can it pick up my two cat’s hair and the litter the drag around the house during the day? YES it absolutely can and it will. But i still cannot find enough reasons to justify why somebody would pay so much money for it, while you can find one with more features at a fraction of the price.
   As a vacuum cleaner, it works amazingly: It will pick up a lot of dirt in general and the app will show you the map of your house and the areas where it picked up the most amount of dirt (very handy I must say). It also has an amazing capability to detect obstacles and recalculate its path when it gets lost… you just have to let it map your house (I had to lock my cats in a room because they were confusing the poor robot). In general the app works really well and will let you do things like choose a subset of rooms (and how thoroughly) it should clean, create a schedule and anything you’d expect it to do.

   The main reason why I am not giving it more than 3 stars:
   – It’s so expensive even though there are many alternative robots that are just as good (and often better)
   – It doesn’t have a station where it can empty itself so that you don’t have to do it every day. Now, for me it’s not a problem because my house is small, but shouldn’t there at least be an option?
   – It only works as a vacuum, but most alternative robots will also mop
   – It is not really good at clearing corners or when it’s really close to walls/objects

   I will admit that now that I have tried one, I couldn’t go back to just having a regular vacuum cleaner. I still use it but now I don’t need to use it as often and I only need to focus on the areas where the robot doesn’t reach.

   Overall: if you really like this by all means buy it, but I think you’re mainly paying for the brand and the software

   I’m really pleased with this robot vacuum—it works surprisingly well! It navigates around my home efficiently, cleaning both hard floors and carpets without missing spots. The suction power is strong enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and pet hair, making daily cleaning much easier. I love how it can reach under furniture and into corners that are hard to clean with a regular vacuum. It’s also relatively quiet, so it doesn’t disturb me while I’m working or relaxing. The price is definitely on the higher side, but I had a cheaper robot vacuum before, and the difference is huge. The previous one barely cleaned properly, while this one does a fantastic job. So now I really believe that sometimes it’s worth paying more to get a quality product that actually works. One of the features I appreciate most is the app control. The companion app allows me to start, pause, or schedule cleaning sessions from anywhere. I can also customize cleaning modes and set no-go zones to prevent the vacuum from entering certain areas. The real-time mapping feature lets me monitor the cleaning progress, and the app sends notifications when the dustbin needs emptying or maintenance is required. This level of control and convenience makes the cleaning process even more effortless.
   Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It’s a powerful, efficient, and smart addition to my home cleaning routine. Recommend it

   Good Features, but Could Be Better

   The Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot vacuum cleaner (Blue) has some great features, like its sleek design and smart navigation, but it doesn’t quite live up to expectations for the price.

   While it does a decent job cleaning, it occasionally misses dirt, especially around edges and corners. The dust box is also on the smaller side, so it needs to be emptied frequently.

   Given its high cost, I was hoping for more powerful suction and a longer battery life. Overall, it’s a solid robot vacuum but could use some improvements to make it truly worth the investment.

   I have been looking for a better robot vacuum cleaner for a long time and I am really happy with this product, it is unlike any I have used before. This robot vacuum cleaner is really powerful as claimed, the difference in suction power is immediately noticeable. It provides excellent cleaning on both carpet and hard floors. Thanks to its triple-action brush system, it easily collects all kinds of dirt, dust and pet hair. It is also very practical to offer four different power modes. I usually use the Auto mode – it adjusts the suction power itself according to the level of dirt. It is also very successful in cleaning the edges of the walls. Instead of spreading the dirt around like other robot vacuum cleaners, it really leaves the edges clean. If you are looking for a quality robot vacuum cleaner, I definitely recommend the Dyson 360 Vis Nav. It is worth the money.
