As new is probably a bit much to hope for, it did arrive as clean as new, but the mechanism that lock the head in place is a bit loose, when I pick up the Dyson to carry it the head drops down.
I decided I can live with it, because sending it back is more trouble than it’s worth.
The Dyson does work as it should in every other respect, there are some marks on the plastic but I have to accept it is basically a refurbished item.

Really great little vacuum cleaner. Picks up well, Is very light, and gets right into the corners. Perfect price, arrived quickly, and I would thoroughly recommend this so far!!!

The body of the Vac was fine but unfortunately most of the bits that had been fitted to complete the refurb were incorrect and unusable . The return process was relatively straightforward.
Won’t be buying a refurbed item again .

First impressions are not that good. The vacuum cleaner does not look ‘like new’. I’m doubtful that it will last 12 months but at least it has a no quibble warranty. I have a feeling I might be needing it.
I actually wish I’d just bought a new one now.

Dyson seems fine. I think the button to turn the brush on may be a little temperamental but I’ll figure it out. However, this printed text in the paperwork that was included does seem quite important. I wouldn’t know because I can’t read it!
