   Item arrived in a non original Dyson box. No serial number on unit and on closer inspection, it had been well used. Not renewed. Dyson renewed items come fully clear and in a proper Dyson box. The small hose from the motor was full of crud. The roller and water bin were clean but had scratches on.
   Not sure if it was genuine to be honest but as it was obviously not new as described, it was sent back.

   Although a machine which was last produced in 2015 this machine arrived in perfect condition, hard to see it was reconditioned as it was brand new in every respect. We purchased the three warranty as well! As it had a 30 day return we have hung onto the cardboard box just in case!

   I got the hoover it was just not right so I contacted the seller they arranged it too be picked back up and fix it and sent it back for me it’s how good the customer service was just great the hoover picking up great really impressed with this seller

   Best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned.
   It changed the colour of my carpets the first time it was used because it removed so much dust that my previous vacuum couldn’t.

   Works on all surfaces and it’s great with pet hair
