Hoover worked for 3 months and then stopped working. Tried to contact Seller on multiple occasions with no response, tried to return to find out Seller has moved address and not replying to either myself or Amazon Customer Services with new address so Amazon can’t process my refund without me returning the product!

Didn’t read the small print but this unit had been reconditioned. Vendor wasn’t very helpful in resolving the issue so we accepted it (as a lesson learned). The unit itself couldn’t be easier to use, suction is very good but the battery life is a little less than brilliant. So we use it in short spurts where it is needed and that suits us fine.

En mi caso he pasado de un modelo muy inferior a este. Muy buena potencia de succión (ayer llegué y mi mesa de comedor había explotado: 3 pasadas y ni un cristalito). Es buena con los pelos de la perra. Tiene gran capacidad y la batería dura.

Well dyson has done it again for me.
I have an onlder up right model Dyson that had become to heavy for me. Needed a hoover to make the stairs and a quick tidy up more convenient. So after buying several similar hoovers that didn’t work don’t even know how they can be sold. I decided to buy the Dyson, which I was reluctant to do at first because of the price. But the expression you get what you pay for, well it is the best hoover I have bought I absolutely love it.🤩
The v10 has different parts and the part for the stairs is great . It is a fixed head and doesn’t swivel like other hoovers and I find the power lasts longer than the other hoovers I have bought and returned.
I have no major issues with the v 10 except the mechanism to empty the cylinder a bit stiff and my long hair can wrap around the machine and not fall out of the cylinder easily.
In addition I also like the fact that all the packaging for the v10 was of paper and cardboard no plastic bags. All good for the environment. 🥰
Overall I love the machine, I would buy again even though I did find it expensive. Well done Dyson 👍

My previous Dyson (same model) packed up after three years of heavy use and loads of dog hair. This is invaluable if you have a dog who constantly sheds hair, and it also gathers every speck of dirt from your floor. Especially useful is the little head also provided which is absolutely great at vacuuming the stairs. Also the carefully designed brushes do not wind hair around themselves. A great buy. Could not do without it. Its light too!!
