   Je suis très satisfaite de cet aspirateur ! il est maniable , léger et puissant ! Extrêmement efficace pour les poils d’animaux Tout est facile d’utilisation . la station de charge est très pratique . . Juste une petite précision , il faut prévoir un adaptateur pour les prises Françaises ( je ne le savais pas …. )

   When you buy an “animal” version of a Dyson product, it should be expected to pick up pet hair/fur. Unfortunately, the Dyson V6 suffers from a narrow neck where the wand meets the cyclone chamber. This means even with an empty chamber, it can clog quickly with only a little bit bit of vacuuming .
   The venturi effect (air/water travels quicker through a restriction) is simply not enough to clear the fur.
   This, unfortunately, will be the last Dyson hand-held I purchase (we previously had an older version).

   Upgraded from a DC34 to this model as the DC34 was getting a bit ‘past it ‘- got this model at a fair price only to find that the week after I could have got one direct from Dyson for 229 quid – typical !!!!
   Unpacked this one, and away I went straight from the box – nice and lightweight compared to the DC34 – suction is awesome despite having just used my DC41 upright on the lounge carpet I got a bin full of dust and fluff after 5 – 6 sweeps and I vacuum every day – as I have two shedding spaniels (new breed !!!) tried to vacuum them but they weren’t having any of that so they disappeared upstairs under the bed and wouldn’t come out for an hour or so.
   In conclusion, good bit of kit – reasonable price – use it everyday off trickle charge – Brilliant

   J’ai achetée cette aspirateur le 20/01/2018 et est déjà en panne,quand je veux aspirer il fait des ratés!!! Je ne sais pas comment joindre le vendeur car encore garantie.

   Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, light weight but battery life lasts 20 minutes maximum. As I have a dog and need to hoover everyday I find this totally useless. I can’t even manage to get the lounge and hall finished before the battery dies. I left it charging overnight thinking I hadn’t left it long enough but once again the battery only lasted about 15 mins

   Got it yesterday. Looks and feels great. Put on charge over night. Thought I would give it a go this morning. My God!! We are quite house proud! We have two standard small vacs from a German brand. One upstairs one down so we dont have to lug them about. Tried the Dyson on boost. Our bedroom ,the landing and spare room with a bit of the stairs filled the machine. I am shocked as to the the amount of crud this machine picks up.
   If you want a great easy machine, with no cables to trip you up, get one of these . Yes its expensive but it does what it says on the box!!

   This vacuum has been a blessing. Having 3 dogs (2 Springer spaniels and one Yorkshire terrier) our kitchen and lounges get mucky fast. The dogs aren’t allowed in the front of the house so much, so the sofas they are allowed on are well used. We clean up everyday and it’s still not even enough. When I saw this product I was interested in its ‘Animal’ USP, but I am disappointed at this. I don’t see what part of this machine varies and makes it more suitable for an animal lover. For a start, the hairs clog around the inside and get stuck in the main air flows, causing blockages in which the machine goes on and off (like breathing in for air underwater!). This wouldn’t be a problem if you could empty the bin properly with ease and with ACTUAL INSTRUCTIONS! Having to Google how to empty your vacuum cleaner is simply ridiculous. The leaflet wasn’t clear whatsoever that you had to press the red release button twice, why not make a label on the vacuum? Or make it more logical. My second gripe, and a very major one relates using the machine. The problem is when you use it, you’re required to keep your fingers engaged with the switch. This idea is great because it allows the machine to switch on and off quicker to reserve battery power, but unfortunately it hurts. It makes your wrist and arm sore after a few minutes. This is an ergonomic failure if there was one, if it was a cheapo vacuum I wouldn’t mind, but this is a fairly expensive gadgets and I’d have thought more thought would go into this. Maybe an automatic sensor if your finger is in that position or just a normal button? Perhaps two options in case you require more than 2 minutes. I’d also suggest a clear battery indicator, you find you rush to complete your jobs and it probably has more battery than you thought.

   On the whole, I can say vacuuming has become less of a chore, where you have to lug a heavy thing around and actually put effort in. This makes it seem so much easier and scooting round before bed or before work, before people come round etc, it’s a blessing. It really helps. But there are issues that need fixing and that urgently need attention to warrant the price tag. I’d say it’s worth about £135. I wouldn’t want to pay more than that for this. Don’t buy if you have wrist RSI issues or arthritis. Don’t use of you get confused with technology because you’ll be using knives and needles to unclog the thing. But don’t get me wrong, it’s improved the cleanliness of our home and made lighter work. No one seems to mind tidying round anymore!

    I will begin by saying how much I love my new dyson, it is brilliant on a practical level it is perfect for me as I suffer from aritritis and this has change my way off hoovering and it is no longer a chore to do. It is so light weight it does not hurt me when going around the house, doing the stairs is wonderful, and emptying is no trouble changing the attachments is easy, it does a good job cleaning as well you can see the difference, I am so pleased with my purchase, I have found the amount time after a charge no problem, I have no problem in doing what I need with each charge, this maybe related to the arthritis as I do have to do things in stages.
