    I purchased a “like new” Dyson vacuum cleaner expecting it to be in near-perfect condition. However, what I received was far from it. While the main unit is indeed a Dyson, it arrived with numerous scratches, indicating significant prior use.

    Worse still, none of the accessories that came with the vacuum were original Dyson parts. This includes the battery, which was clearly replaced. After just a month of use, the battery’s performance degraded severely, providing only about 10 minutes of power per charge. I was forced to buy a new battery out of pocket to make the vacuum functional again.

    This experience feels like a blatant case of consumer deception. If you’re considering buying this, be aware that you might end up with a product that is far from the quality you expect. Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing from this seller.
