These bags are great value for money. We bought two of these for our trip to New Zealand. I know some reviews say they get scuffed etc but they are bound to get knocked around a little bit and get marks, but that’s just expected. If you are worried about it getting marked use the shrink facility at the airport. The bag itself is very well made and the split compartment means you can use it to divide your clothes or have a side each of you going for a weekend away. Over all its has an abundance of packing space and the outside compartment is brilliant for stuffing all your used clothes and has more space then you realise. The compartments have tie down straps which allows you pack even more into the case. The lock mechanism is a little figity but once you get the hang of it it’s a brilliant addition. The wheels are sturdy and don’t wobble at all keeping the bag nice and straight when you pull it along. It has three height settings on the pull arm which is uselful and accommodates people of different heights. Overall we are every happy with the bags, the storage space and quality.

This is exactly what I’ve been searching for. It has lots of space and I really like the separate compartments, how it opens up and it folds flat for storage. I’ve used it once on a weekend away and would highly recommend it.

L’article est parfait et de qualité mais néanmoins j’ai failli le retourner car il était non protégé et couvert d’une belle épaisseur de poussière comme ci il avait été posé pendant un long moment sur une étagère d’un entrepôt oublié. Cependant armé de mon compresseur, la poussière s’est très bien enlevée. Ouf Perso, j’aurai eu honte d’envoyer un colis dans cet état.

Avevo già preso questa valigia diversi anni fa e ne ho regalata una dello stesso modello ai miei genitori che partiranno qualche giorno in crociera. Il materiale è ottimo, molto resistente e facilmente lavabile, super capiente e permette di organizzare al meglio i propri effetti personali in modo pratico e ordinato. Il punto forte sono le ruote secondo me, silenziosissime e permettono di trasportare la valigia in maniera comodissima e senza alcuno sforzo anche se pienissima. Nonostante 6 anni di utilizzo intenso la mia è ancora perfetta,credo che prenderò anche quella in diversi formati perché sono le migliori che abbia mai utilizzato. Stra consiglio!

Riesiger Stauraum aber leider muss man den Trolley aufklappen. Wenn man ein kleines Hotelzimmer hat, kann das echt zum Problem werden. Dann lieber eine Duffel Reisetasche kaufen die man eben nicht aufklappen muss um sie zu beladen.

I am a fan of these style of suitcase and was gutted that my Antler one had to be laid to rest. However, this replacement is excellent quality and I certainly recommend. Only slight downside, there was no instructions on how to alter the coded lock so it will be forever at 000

Strong and durable, very large compartment for travelling. The extendable handle feels very strong and makes pulling it very easy, the wheels are very smooth and has lasted many trips on planes since I have owned it. The built in lock makes it extra secure and there is no need to be concerned with someone going through your luggage.

Ich hab schon sehr lang einen eastpak Trolley, mit ich auch zufrieden bin – aber ich brauchte etwas größeres. Im Zug sah ich ein interessantes Modell, befragte den Eigentümer und suchte dann danach. Gefunden, gekauft, erhalten. Ich sah sofort, dass er doch nicht so gut plattzumachen ist wie ich dachte.
Der Koffer besteht aus zwei Hälfte, er kann aufgeklappt werden. Sinnigerweise wird erst die untere Hälfte gepackt, in der auch das Gestänge ist und außen die zwei Rollen. Mit Gurten kann der Kram fixiert werden, darüber ist noch Stoff mit Reißverschluß, so dass die Hälfte komplett geschlossen ist und nichts rausfallen kann. Die Deckelhälfte ist ähnlich, im unteren Drittel versteift, weil da noch Füsse montiert sind, so steht das Teil gut, wenn man ihn mal nicht an der ausreichend langen Stange zieht.
Durch diese Versteifung kann der Koffer doch nicht so platt gemacht werden, wie ich gedacht hatte. Andererseits wäre das aber nur relevant, wenn so wenig in den Koffer kommt, dass ich auch nen kleineren nehmen könnte.
Den eigentlichen Nutzbarkeits”fehler” entdeckte ich erst, als ich den Koffer gepackt und geschlossen hatte und auf die Füsse und Rollen stellen wollte : Der Griff zum Tragen
1. Er ist genauso dünn wie an meinem älteren nur halb so großen Koffer. Das ist wie Spaghettiträger an BH Cup E … 2. Außerdem ist er schwarz, der geht auf dem Muster unter. Als der Busfahrer meinen Koffer aus dem Gepäckraum ziehen wollte, fand er das Riemchen erst nicht. Eine auffälligere Farbe wäre von Vorteil. 3. Der Griff ist in der Mitte der Deckelhälfte. Nicht annähernd in der Mitte des Kofferns, in der Nähe vom Reißverschluß. Zugegeben, vermutlich gäbe das Probleme mit der Stabilität des Stoffs – aber so muß man halt sehr aufpassen, wenn man den Koffer an dem Riemchen anhebt, denn er hängt schräg. Den Busfahrer hat das gestört, als er den Koffer – nachdem er endlich das Riemchen gefunden hatte – mit Schwung nach draußen zog und der wegen dem Ungleichgewicht fast gegen seine Schienbeine geknallt wäre. Ich hatte auch Schwierigkeiten, als ich den Koffer die Treppe runter bugsieren mußte. Auch wenn man ihn mit Schwung in den Kofferraum wuchten will … der Drehpunkt ist anders. Also insgesamt finde ich die Konstruktion verbesserungsbedürftig. Da es ein Eastpak und kein Billigprodukt ist, erlaube ich mir enttäuscht zu sein.

I already had a bag of the same capacity but it weighs 3.6 kilos more than this one which gives more luggage capacity for air travel. The fabric seems durable, the wheels are the smooth and pliable type which helps reduce the rolling thunder effect on rough surfaces. The clamshell design makes it easy to pack, the handle has variable height and easy to operate. Grab handles are comfortable and solidly attached, a couple more handles on the top cover would be perfect but would add weight. Overall a great bag for maximum luggage capacity without the penalty extra bag weight.

Achetée pour un séjour d’une semaine. Et surtout pour changer ma vieille valise. Elle est parfaite au niveau de la place à l’intérieur. Merci à Monsieur qui me l’a portée car forcément j’en mets plus dans celle-ci que dans l’ancienne 😂 Et la couleur est super belle
