This portable carrier is super easy to take on the go. It’s incredibly lightweight and compact, and conveniently folds down into a waistband pocket (that can alternatively be worn crossbody) so the top doesn’t hang down at your legs like other models do when they’re not in use. I love that the entire carrier can also be inverted into a zipper pouch that then easily fits in a diaper bag or can snap-attach onto a stroller handle. My favorite way to store the carrier is in the back pocket of my van’s passenger seat because it takes the mental energy out of remembering one more thing- It’s so nice to know I will always have it with me when I’m running errands or traveling. An added bonus is that it’s tucked away, not causing visual clutter or a tripping hazard for my older kids.
I also like that there are reflective accents for when I’m walking the dog in the neighbourhood early in the morning or as the sun is starting to set.
This carrier is actually very comfortable considering it is so compact and easy to take on-the-go. It is definitely the one I’d grab for a short trip, but I wish the shoulder straps had a little more padding for added comfort.

I ordered this carrier, and I must say it has been a handy addition for us. There are several things about it that I appreciate.
One of its standout features is its suitability for babies and toddlers, starting from 5.4kg and up. This versatility has been particularly useful as our little one grows. And means it makes a bit more financial sense as we are going to get a lot of use out of it.
The carrier is crafted from breathable materials, ensuring that both my baby and I stay comfortable, even during warmer days. I haven’t had any issues with being too hot even after fairly long periods.
I’ve found it to be an excellent alternative to a pram for those quick outings. It offers great mobility and convenience, making it a go-to choice when we’re just popping out.
What’s really impressive is the level of comfort it provides, not only for my baby but for me as well. It’s been a joy to use during walks and doesn’t hurt my back.
An added bonus is its foldable design, allowing it to be compactly stored in a bag. This feature makes it incredibly convenient for travelling and easy to stow away when not in use.
Overall it has become an indispensable tool for us. It offers versatility, comfort, and convenience for both parents and their little ones, and I highly recommend it to fellow parents.

Los productos de Ergobaby son realmente buenos. Lo puede atestiguar cualquiera que haya usado los productos con sus hijos. No son los más baratos, pero desde luego están entre los mejores.
Este portabebés tiene 2 posiciones de transporte, tanto delante con el bebe mirando hacia dentro como de espaldas, siempre que el peso del bebe sea inferior a 16 kilos (menudo bebé !! ). Con esto los padres encuentran la postura más cómoda para ellos y para los bebes y pueden ir cambiando a medida que el niño crece y requiere diferente tipo de atención o queremos que amplíe sus experiencias sensoriales y descubra el mundo.
La comodidad es una prioridad en el diseño del Portabebés Ergobaby Away. Los tirantes están cómodamente acolchados y son fácilmente ajustables, lo que permite distribuir el peso de forma óptima por toda la espalda. Esto ayuda a aliviar la presión en los hombros y la espalda de los padres, y garantiza una experiencia de transporte más cómoda. Además, el cinturón también está ligeramente acolchado.
Los acabados del conjunto son excelentes. Desde la calidad de las costuras, a los materiales y su composición, buscando comodidad y seguridad, sobre todo para el bebé, con productos naturales y sin componentes tóxicos.
No es barato, eso es evidente, pero hay pocos productos que ofrezcan el mismo nivel de calidad, confort y seguridad que la gama Ergobaby. Y ya sabemos, por un hijo, lo que sea.

Portear a tu bebé es una de las mejores experiencias que puedes tener en la vida como padre. En primer lugar porque creas un lazo afectivo entre el niño y tú y a la vez compartes actividades se rompe el con tu rutina anterior.
La verdad es que al principio estaba algo reticente a gastarme más de 100€ en esto, pero mi mujer insistió en que era una buena inversión. Por suerte, se alinearon los astros y tuve la oportunidad de poder probarla, y la verdad es que no se equivocaba.
Si quieres saber porqué me convence, te diria los siguientes aspectos positivos:
-Posee una tela suave y transpirable, ideal para que el bebé no sude.
-Unos tirantes anchos y acolchados que no se clavan en los hombros. Menos mal porque mi bebé ya pesa sus buenos kilitos. 😅
-Posibilidad de llevar al bebé delante mirando hacia ti o detrás cuando sea más mayorcito.
-Capota extensible para protegerlo del sol o la lluvia. Esto me viene genial cuando salgo a pasear.
Sin lugar a duda me convenció que a diferencia de otras me resultó muy cómoda tanto para el bebé como para mí y lo más importante, muy fácil de poner y quitar, algo esencial para que sea una mochila práctica. Además, ocupa muy poco espacio cuando lo guardas, por lo que puede ir siempre contigo. Pero sin duda el mejor síntoma de que es adecuada, es que el peque se queda tan pancho y se duerme plácidamente sus largas siestas mientras nos deja a los padres hacer otras actividades.
Como puntos de mejora, creo que como es evidente,su precio es algo elevado, aunque merece la pena pagar un extra por la comodidad.
Desde luego, al principio cuesta un poco acostumbrarse a ponérselo bien, pero como tood es práctica, y basta un par de salidas de fin de semana para pillarle el truco, no tiene ciencia.
Me parece un producto muy recomendable para los papás que no nos gustan las sillitas de paseo o para cuando vamos a sitios donde no entran. Te da esa movilidad extra que todos necesitamos además de lo que he comentado al principio, esa unión con el bebé que no tiene precio. 👍

➕️ The prominence of these baby carriers has gone up in the last few years and are now appearing all over social media as an alternative to prams 24.7. I never used a carrier with my first born but was eager to try a carrier with my second.
➕️ This carrier is especially useful as it carries the weight up to 15.9kg which allows you to use up until around toddler age. However, you can only start using it when baby is weighing 5.4KG, so can’t really be used for newborns. At the time of ordering this, I had to wait a few weeks before I could start using it with my daughter.
➕️ Upon first use, I could see straight away that this carrier is made really high quality and standards. The materials used make the carrier both sturdy and very breathable.
➕️ The carrier is really easy to put on, you just need to extend the straps to fit your body correctly and they click securely in place. I find it important that this carrier is both comfortable for myself/husband to wear and for baby, and was hesitant at first that it could be comfy for both. However, once I had it all on properly, it felt really comfortable and supportive on my front, back and shoulders. What’s most important is that baby loves being in it!
🌟 Overall, although pricey, I’m thoroughly pleased with this baby carrier. There’s no way baby can fall or slip out, and she really appears to enjoy being in it. This is a great alternative for when we go walking the dog instead of lugging along a pram as I feel so much more free whilst baby gets to stay close to my chest. You can also both front and back carry with baby which adds extra convenience for when baby gets older. Definitely a high quality baby carrier that suits from months old up to toddler age.

I ordered this to gift to my colleague and friend who is expecting her first baby at Christmas. Living in an Edinburgh tenement, a baby carrier will be so much easier for her to manage getting up and down the many flights of stairs to her flat! As Nursery Practitioners, we see a lot of baby carriers and buggies and this style of carrier always seems to hold baby securely and distribute weight well for the carrier too. The padded shoulder straps offer comfort too, and the hip belt a little extra reassurance when using. This style of carrier can be worn either front or back and folds away so can be placed in a baby bag or slipped under the buggy for trips. I am really pleased with this and cannot wait to gift it.

Die Trage ist wirklich gut.
Sue ist einfach abzuziehen und sehr bequem. Das Baby reinzubekommen war am Anfang etwas schwierig aber auch das klappt jetzt wie am Schnürchen. Dadurch, dass man die Trage so klein machen kann ist sie perfekt für jeden Spaziergang und jede Reise

Ergobaby are the best manufacturer when it comes baby carriers. Both me and my wife are really happy with the product.
The carrier can hold the baby front facing of backwards facing.
When I go shopping I take our youngest infant with me. I transfer from the car seat to the baby carrier with ease.
I hook the arms around me and the waist strap gives the product stability and ensures that he stays in place.
Most of the time he rests his head on my chest and sleeps gently as he soaks up my body heat.
The material is really sturdy and easy to clean. The main aspect is that the baby feel safe secure.
