Been using this nightly for three years. On the soft side of firm. Pro’s: (1) Cheap as chips. (2) It is comfortable. Con’s: (1) The springs are noisy – clunking alarmingly in places especially when you sit in it, or sit up in bed to read with weight concentrated in one spot. Fortunately for me this is not triggered when lying down or turning in my sleep. But I am only 10 st 7 lb (74 kg) – could be a problem for someone more robust. (3) surface has scuffed and bunched considerably even though I have always used a mattress topper. Overall: great budget buy and excellent if you need something short term, or for kids 2-13 longer term, I guess. Suffice to say I am now replacing and upgrading as funds permit – which they did not in 2022.

Absolutely blummin terrible. Like literally awful. One of the worst things I’ve ever bought. It’s like sleeping on a water bed. You can feel the springs moving around all the time. There is no support whatsoever. All the movement actually made me feel a bit seasick. It’s like lying on an airbed that hasn’t been blown up properly, every time you move everything gets displaced. When I sit on the edge to get dressed I can literally feel all the springs splay out in all different directions. An absolute total waste of money. I wish I would have spent a bit more and got a branded one. Seriously, don’t go there.

Lovely comfortable mattress. Using as a top up and now a bed I can sleep on and wake up refreshed. Super fast delivery. Watch out when opening, it likes to expand rapidly.
