I ordered a 4ft 6 double mattress from these people to go into my new room. The estimate delivery lined up perfectly for family visiting and I was excited to set up my new bed. What arrived was a 2ft 6 cot bed. I double checked the invoice and it was a mistake on their behalf. To their credit they gave me a full refund and I opted for Amazon credit of the item’s value. I will say though it was strange as they tried to charge me for the pick up but it was entirely their mistake. The mattress seemed comfortable but it was quite loud to sit on and the springs are definitely quite prominent. I would advise not ordering from here and I personally had to do a click and collect from B&Q to get my mattress in time. Avoid the stress and order elsewhere!

Sent a single instead of a double. Initially requested an exchange but have since decided to cancel having read the reviews I expect a second single to arrive and the quality is below budget and can only be described as poor

The mattress it’s self is good quality and looks comfortable but wrong size delivered and only realised once package opened contacted customer service who were very helpful but the replacement delivery was the wrong size too. Was informed the only option a refund which left me without a mattress for the bed and the inconvenience of having to track down the correct size etc.
Very disappointing.
