I’m actually changing my review from not very impressed to it’s an ok tablet once you make a few tweaks and changes. For instance I found trying to watch on prime vid was very blurry but I sorted that out in setting so picture quality is much better. I don’t know if the headphone port on this one is dodgy as when using headphones provided they crackle and sound goes very quiet so I’ve swapped to my wireless Bluetooth ones so no issues now. Great memory space and it’s runs quickly with everything uploading and downloading fast. It’s very responsive. The tablet itself is well made on par with the quality of a Samsung galaxy one I had a few years back nice and sturdy. Comes with a lovely well made case, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I’m not sure on battery life, I always charge my devices before using when new and I found it drained quickly each time using but maybe I didn’t charge long enough. I still stand by what I said the camera is utter useless, it’s terrible. The fact that so much effort went into making this tablet so well and in 2024 with the technology we got a camera is this poor. It’s just aswel I don’t need the tablet to take pics or vids got my phone for that but for some this is a must a decent camera. Games also run smoothly and picture quality is fab. Overall I’m happy with it for what I need it for. I brought my son the black one so hopefully he likes it. It’s a Xmas present so can’t review that until new year.

Excellent fast tablet which worked brilliantly for 4 months, but unfortunately developed a problem of shutting down and restarting frequently without prompt.I tried everything within my limited capabilities to rectify the problem to no avail. Fortunately, due to excellent after sales service the issue was resolved and I received a full refund from the company. Build quality etc I found was very good with great value for money and after sales service impeccable. Would recommend

This is a very good tablet. It is quick and responsive. The sound is excellent, loud, clear and without any distortion. The screen is very clear and the with good colours. Bluetooth is very effective and connects , quickly, easily and efficiently to the accompanying Bluetooth keyboard. It comes with s unusually large Ram and hard drive for a tablet. Quick and easy help is available from the seller. Indeed as I compose this I realise ot is the best tablet I have ever bought at a very good price.

Firstly, it looks really inpressive and has fantastic kit – all included with everything yoh can think of – except a screen protector so make sure you order one.
However, I purchased this for a teen with a heavy school workload in feb 25 and it has been brilliant but recently it just turns off randomly so is unreliable,
I have written to the supplier via amazon to see what can be done – as I understand there is fab customer service, and that was a reason i also purchased the product – so I will update on here how we get on. Orginally it was so good I purchased another.
It is in my view (if working) brilliant for homework and long battery life, great definition and is a wonderful price point however as I have said it is now unreliable and switches off and perhaps overheats? I will update further.

Amazing value for money! I wanted to try digital art, but didn’t want to spend a great deal in case the interest waned. This tablet was an attractive proposition because of all the extras that were included. Well I have had the tablet for a week or so now, and am really impressed thus far. It is working really well and is pretty responsive. I have arthritis, so appreciate the fact that it is lightweight, and that the cover doubles as a stand. I didn’t need the set up guide, but was pleased to see it is in English and very clear to understand. So far, so delighted!

Firstly I would say that the tablet itself is a very nice item. What prompted the 1 star review is the fact that the charger does not work. The tablet comes mostly charged which allows you to go through the setup process and down whatever you need. I set mine up for work and then only realised the charger didn’t work. When I contacted amazon the only option was to return for a full refund. That clearly wasn’t a viable option as i would have to take everything off it again There is no option for contacting the seller (which is presumably amazon) to get a replacement charger. My advice to buyers is check your charger before setup.
After using this now for several months I am updating my review. I would honestly give this item a miss. It is incredibly slow to do anything. I mentioned before that I bought it for work and it is just not quick enough alsothe camera is very poor quality.
