   OK for light trimming in small hard to reach areas at ground level. Changing blades is a bit fiddly

   This makes you feel like a garden goddess because it is so quick, so efficient, just what you want, does the job and you can pack up knowing it is finished and looks really good in a matter of minutes (obviously depending on how much trimming you need to do). For me this is a godsend, well into my 70s and having real problems with a heavy strimmer, long handled shears and achey bones. I just love the grass trimmer gadget of this pair and have spent a very happy afternoon using it and getting more and more impressed with what it does. Very little to find fault with, I bought a handle so I didn’t have to bend down and it comes out more easily than I would wish, and there is a trick to using it along grass edges that you have to find out about because of chewing up too much edge, but otherwise instructions are clear and concise and it does the job pretty much perfectly: wish I had known about these sooner and fun to use, Not much hedging at mine to need the hedge trimmer so not tried so far.

   Well I read the reviews and was convinced to buy this cutter. But honestly it’s absolutely useless, it snags constantly on shrubs and box headge. There is not enough power to trim one blade of grass let alone multiples. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY.

   He comprado un cortasetos Garden Gear y me lo mandan con un cargador cuya clavija, de modelo USA, es incompatible con los enchufes españoles. ¿Tengo que comprar un cortasetos nuevo cada vez que se agote la batería? Me parece muy poco serio.

   Excellent product, trims and edges like a dream. Bit pricey compared to cheaper supermarket versions we’ve used previously. Worth the extra cost for the extra power the unit has that cheaper supermarket versions lack, which gives a much quicker, more precise cut.

   I am generally pleased with the item and will keep it. However I found it difficult to set up. The instructions state that the blade must be aligned with the 2 holes. However the blade also has to be positioned so that it will lie flat to accommodate the fixing plate. Once this is done it is a very good item, very light and does a good job for none too heavy cutting.
   One thing did surprise me was that returns are not free which is unusual.

   Absolutely brilliant tool ! Wow . I inboxed and charged the trimmer as soon as it arrived and can say it is absolutely fantastic. Very lightweight and easy to use yet makes light work of weeds,edging the lawn and a quick hedge tidy up all on one charge!!! I’d previously been using hand snippets which hurt my hands and wrists and I pretty much dreaded doing the garden because of this. I am so happy with this purchase it is exactly what I needed and has exceeded my expectations for the price . I would definitely recommend this tool to any gardener. Makes light work of tedious jobs !!

   This is a great cutter. Strong and good quality. I like that all Gear items are compatible with the same battery and charger. I have many other Gear items. Would recommend
