Bought to replace a worn out machine. This is a good looking easy to use mixer. It is quite heavy and bigger than my previous mixer so I have not stored it in an under counter cupboard. A cover would have been nice but I will make one. The mixer is quiet running, very stable and very well designed. Have not used the grinder or blender yet, but the mixer blades work very well and it is easy to add additional ingredients. I am very pleased with my purchase, Christmas cakes will be easier and quicker this year!

The mixer is good, strong and works really well, the only problem I had is when I needed a replacement part the seller was slow to reply or just doesn’t in an appropriate answer, customer service was awful, I repeat TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you want to have a mixer with replacement parts DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. Now have to send the whole item back.

I bought this product as it was much cheaper than the others and had all the same functions. I love it!
As an avid baker I wanted a reliable machine and I cannot fault this. All of the ingredients incorporated really well and it’s so easy to use. All three mixer attachements are perfect and the blender and coffee grinder at the top are an added bonus.
I would highly recommend this mixer. It’s just as good (if not better) than the more expensive ones 🙂

I have used this mixer only twice so far, once for mixing and secondly for grinding, both uses were very good the mixer worked well with very good speed adjustments the bowl is a good size with high sides so nothing came out whilst mixing and I used the grinder to make granulated sugar into caster sugar which only took a few seconds.
The mixer is a nice looking design with a bit of a vintage look to it, it’s not too noisey and has a good weight and the suction pads to stop the mixer moving worked very well as the machine did not move at all.
I still have to use the blender yet and the mixer for other recipes but so far i’m very pleased with this item and it feels like it should be a lot more expensive, why pay for the more expensive top brands.

Absolutely fabulous considering its 2 essential kitchen products in one. Love the fact it’s got your mixer at the bottom and grinder at the top. Used the grinder twice – both times for coriander chutney. Worked well enough – did need to stir the yoghurt In with a spoon during interims so it blended better though. When you’re using the top grinder however, your mixer is on too. Need to use the mixer soon – although it seems fine.

Fantastic product, has already made our dairy free raspberry ruffle cheesecake and Christmas biscuits and buns. Might be a coincidence but it’s the best batch I’ve every made. Delighted at the product and so much so after the new year I will be buying one for my mum. Quality and price this is a must buy item and the blender and coffee bean grinder are great extras too. Used for dough kneading twice. 2 kg of flour + other ingredients, total approx. 6.5 kg of dough. Powerful (using the dough hook), easy to operate. I was scary that TiltUp head will break, wobbling quite hard, but still in position. After kneading heavy dough for about 15 minutes, temperature of tilting head (back side, where I suppose that electric motor is mounted) was quite high. Not observed any air cooling orifices.
Not sure if motor power is 2000W, but was capable to prepare heavy dough (use max. speed 2). The container is quite big (10 Liters, in specifications). Sometime had to stop, as the dough have tendency to “climb” on the hook, to planetary gearbox.
For egg white whipping, no problem at high speed (6).

This mixer looks really good and is quite powerful, however, it doesn’t move round the bowl enough, only mixing the middle of the mixture, so you have to keep stopping it to mix the sides in

So far I have only used the mixer and not the processor. Mixer is so easy to use and good speed settings! Would agree with other reviews that it doesn’t really mix the sides well but to me that’s only something small. Definitely worth the price
